Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better — just two blocks from the sea and a short walk to the city center, yet the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Jacqueline is an amazing host — kind, welcoming, and attentive. She explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable from the very first moment. Communication with her was smooth and pleasant throughout our stay. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to little thoughtful details that make you feel at home. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient, and well-kept apartment in Nice

Cons: The only small downside was that the sofa in the living room squeaks a bit, which made it a little less comfortable for sleeping. But apart from that, everything was perfect.

Pros: Everything you need for a family – spacious, well-equipped, and the air conditioning was perfect during the heat wave. What a sanctuary!

Pros: Great apartment for a family with children. Just 2 blocks from the beach, nearby grocery stores, cafes and a few minutes walk to the beautiful old town.

Pros: This apartment was wonderful for our stay. Not only equipped with everything we needed, but also cozy, comfortable and warm. Extremely quiet with a very comfortable bed, so we could rest very well after a long walk in and out the city. If you open your window in the morning, you will hear the birds singing. We had a great time. Jacqueline did everything to make us feel welcome and at home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! And will see you again :)

cosy beautiful appartment in a great location. quiet, clean and hospitable.

Pros: I arrived late and it was raining, but everything was well arranged, i entered the appartment without waiting and enjoyed my stay. Jacqueline was always available to help. The appartment is really nice, modern but with the local wonderful atmosphere. the location is great, 5 min from the promenade and the beach. you can enjoy a walk along the sea to the citycenter.

Cons: everything was well managed

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko plaży i starego miasta. W pobliżu sklepy i restauracje. Apartament wyposażony i wszystko w nim sprawne. Sympatyczna Pani gospodarz. W budynku winda. Spokojna ulica i sąsiedztwo.

Cons: Łóżko w salonie trochę zarwane.

Pros: Все було чудово, квартира дуже гарна та затишна. Є все необхідне для проживання і навіть більше. Чудове розташування, пару хвилин до моря та близько до центру міста. Окрема подяка хазяйці квартири, дуже мила пані.

Nizza és környéke az örök szerelem.

Pros: Egy szóval minden. Egy remek helyen egy nagyon jó utcában egy nagyon jó lakás várt minket. Évek óta ide járunk nyaralni de kimagaslóan ez volt a legjobb lakásunk amiben eddig laktunk. Nagyon kényelmes ágy nagy tágas terek egy igazi francia lakás várt minket. Nagyon kedves tulajdonossal fél órában mindent elmutogatott mit hol találunk a lakásban tisztaság és rend fogadott. Máskor megyünk Nizzába csak ide foglalok szállást.

Cons: Ilyen nem volt csak ódákat tudok zengeni mindenröl.

Krásne autentické francúzske ubytovanie

Pros: Výborná lokalita, zastávka autobusu hneď pri ubytovaní. More v blízkosti. Ubytovanie je čisté, k dispozícii smart TV, klimatizácia, možnosť využiť kuchyňu na varenie. Na ubytovaní je aj práčka, žehlička, fén na vlasy. Tichá lokalita aj susedia.

Cons: Posteľ je extrémne malá pre dve osoby.
