Beautiful stay in Nice at Le Beau Rivage

Pros: It was a really excellent experience to stay in Le Beau Rivage for 3 nights. It is like a home. Very cozy with all facilities available. Everything is available nearby.

Perfect location, would stay again!

Pros: The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach, train station, super market, places to eat. The apartment was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable and it felt very safe. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The proximity of the property was great. Very easy to get to the train station, tram, beach and restaurants. It was close enough to everything but without the noise. Very walkable and felt safe. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The property held our family of 5 very well. Very clean. We didn’t really cook, but if we wanted to, the kitchen was fully stocked.

Pros: L’emplacement à proximité de tout; Gare, Promenade des Anglais, Vieux-Nice, Nice-Ville, etc. Bien équipé avec électroménagers de qualité. Anthony, qui était notre contact local était attentif et rejoignante facilement 🙌

Cons: Les chaises de cuisine inconfortable et la sécheuse électrique était lente à sécher. Des détails insignifiants en tant que je suis concerné.

Einfach (abgesehen vom Bett) eine traumhaft schöne und gepflegte Wohnung in super Lage!!! Huer eürden wir nochmals hinge

Pros: Tolle Lage, sehr nahe am Strand in Höhe des Luxus-Hotels Le Negresco. ca. 900 m zum Bahnhof, von dort haben wir für Ausflüge immer den Zug genommen, um Cannes und auch Monaco zu erkunden.

Cons: Die Matratzen/Lattenrost im Schlafzimmer sind im Gegensatz zum zweiten Zimmer recht unbequem, das ist das einzige. Im August haben wir für eine Wiche parken knapp 190 € bezahlt, in der Hauptsaison gibt es leiderkeine Wochentarife…

Logement bien situé , propre et spacieux.

Pros: L'appartement est bien situé géographiquement. Il y a tout à proximité (commerces de tous types, plage). Il est au rez-de-chaussée, ce qui est pratique. Il est spacieux, propre, équipé d'une climatisation centrale fonctionnelle et peu bruyante. L'équipement pour un séjour familial est complet. Le gestionnaire est réactif.

Cons: La connexion bbox et le wifi laissent à désirer (le signal TV décroche toutes les 15 secondes). Un meuble colonne dans la salle-de-bains serait bien utile. Rafraîchir la couleur des murs car il y a beaucoup de traces noires de frottement. J'y retournerais bien l'an prochain (2024) mais le prix de location a explosé :(

Pros: İnanılmaz temiz ve konforlu bir ev ve müthiş bir ev sahibiyle karşılaştık. Promenade D'Anglais yürümeyle 2 dakikaydı. Direkt denize atlayıp yüz! Tüm lokantalara marketlere yakındı ve Nice' in en güzel sokaklarından birindeydi. Çok rahat ettik, teşekkür ederim. İncredibly clean and comfortablr home and a marvellous host. 2 minutes to Promenade D'Anglais by walking. Closer to supermarkets and restaurants, the best home in one of the most beautiful streets in Nice. Thanks a lot!
