Pros: Appartement très propre moderne et fonctionnel Très bien placé à deux pas de jean médecin la ville la plage les magasins la zone piétonne. Je recommande vivement Personnel joignable super facilement si besoin.

Appartement agréable, endroit calme, et bien situé (ville et mer)

Pros: Appartement proche de la ville, un peu eloigné du vieux Nice et de la gare Mais pratique pour la promenade des Anglais et très calme

Cons: Qu'un jeu de clé et pass électronique unique pour toute la famille, et le chauffage n'était pas réglable

Pros: Schöne FeWo sehr zentral in Nizza. Supermarkt und Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Parken mit dem Auto problematisch. Ausstattung gut-es ist alles da was man braucht. Bei Schlüsselübergabe muss Kaution (350 €) hinterlegt werden.

Cons: Die Parksituation ist ziemlich schwierig. Waren mit 2 Motorrädern da und selbst da kaum Parkmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto noch schwieriger.
