Pros: Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped (clothes dryyer, washing machine) None of the rooms are walk-through (there is a long corridor), which allowed us to have 3 independent bedrooms

Cons: Floors could be cleaner Bathroom and especially shower is small Object provides only toilet paper, washing capsules etc. \

Pros: Kitchen and Living room separate so can close doors. Silent as windows to inner court. Spacious stairs to 4th floor

Cons: Too tall chairs in the kitchen, not comfortable to sit. Deposit needed

Great location and facilities, we would stay again.

Pros: All the facilities were modern, clean and the apartment was in a perfect location. Walking to the beach, train station and restaurants.

Excellent location, customer service could have been better

Pros: Excellent location, right next to the main boardwalk and about five-minute walk to the beach. The place was very spacious and fit 5 people comfortably. All the beds were very comfortable, and we had a large kitchen area. Getting into the building was also very simple using the building code. I would stay here again.

Cons: There were clothes left in the washing machine that were wet and smelled bad. There was also construction early in the morning right outside our door, everyday starting at 7am. It was very loud and the property owner did not advise us before hand. The construction workers left all their supplies outside so it was dusty and dirty in the entrance.

Family vacation in Nice

Pros: Really nice apartment, and the location is perfect.

Pros: Excellent location, just 3/4 mins walk to the promenade. Anthony, the host responded immediately when we had a few queries. Kitchen was very well equipped. Overall, good value for money.

Cons: I would have liked a proper oven. There is a hob and a microwave with grilling options though.

Cons: The apartment is on the third floor but I knew that when i booked.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Nice, located conveniently in the city to everything.

Pros: The apartment was excellent, clean and in a perfect location. It was very comfortable and had every convenience for a stay away from home. It was 5 minutes walk to the beach and not more than a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, the main shopping area and The Old Town. Anthony kindly showed us through everything the apartment offered and passed on some much appreciated advice on places to see and a supermarket for supplies.

Pros: Its proximity to the beach, the promenade, restaurants and tram station.

Cons: The shower is tiny and needs a light coloured curtain, even better a glass door! Some cushions on the sofa, it was very uncomfortable.

Very enjoyable. Close to everything. Quiet. Comfortable overall & well equipped

Pros: Location - a few minutes walk from the sea, about 15 mins walk to the railway station, a few mins walk to Tram L2 for the airport and about 20 mins walk to the old town. Value for money, heating (in January), spacious, good size bedrooms, quiet, Kitchen was well equipped

Cons: Living room was a bit stark - only the ceiling light and no side or coffee table. Sofabed was not a comfortable sofa. Better lighting in the shower
