Petit Palace in Old Nice

Perfect short stay location in centre of nice old town. Perfect for any type of tourist

Pros: Location Location Location! Lovely apt right in heart of old town. 5 min walk to beach or tram stop. Lovely bars and restaurants in easy reach. Would stay again and recommend. Can get quite warm in main living area but bedrooms have AC.

Cons: Nothing.

Fabulous little pocket of old town but be prepared for stairs. Great apartment.

Pros: Lovely spot in the Old Town. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Loved our stay here.

Cons: We didnt dislike it, but for some travelers the amount of stairs to either access the building, or to go to the first floor of the apartment could be a problem. There is no car access in the old town, so be prepared to walk with luggage. It was worth the walk for us.

Pros: Everything about Little Palace suited us, 3 friends. Location was great, within walking distance of numerous bars, restaurants, tram stop, shops, everything really in Old town Nice. Although it was within minutes of everything it is on a quiet side street so no noise at night. It was nice and clean and kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable sofa and chairs in lounge area. Valerie was super helpful when we phoned her, thank you Valerie. Also we found very handy that there was lots of products in baskets in the bathroom...sun cream, deodrant, cotton wool etc. I would definitely book here again

Fabulous

Pros: We just got back from our trip - and we would just like to thank Valerie for the warm welcome. Theyve allowed us to check in early and check out late- this was so helpful as we are a family with small kids and carrying our luggage everywhere would have been a struggle. The place was spotless, the shower was a power shower which we always appreciate, and the spot was near to attractions and transport. We loved our stay!

Cons: There was no wifi but we have roaming so we still have access to the internet.

Pros: Very nice hosts, always in touch by WhatsApp. A bottle of wine was waiting for us, it was very nice. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean. Wifi great. The best location in Nice :)

A fantastic stay in Nice's old town.

Pros: We booked our stay less than a week before arriving, so we were very happy to find this lovely apartment. It fit our needs (four adults, family) well, the amenities were fantastic, the location was spot-on and overall it was beyond comfortable. The host Valérie showed us the apartment and she was a great help! She very graciously even stayed past check-in time due to our flight being delayed. Though we were only in Nice for two nights, the flat really served us nicely. It's located perfectly in the old town, which we never ended up exiting anyway. The bathroom is beautiful! Great stay!

Cons: While the flat is newly renovated, it is still in an older building. So there are a few negatives that people should be aware of: 1) The hallway to the bedrooms is quite cramped and (as a tall person) I personally hit my head a couple of times while passing. 2) The stairs up to the apartment (first floor) are a bit uneven and cramped, so they can be challenging. One of our group is mildly disabled and two others are elderly (though physically fit), so the stairs were somewhat problematic.

A great location in the old town and everything you need for a stay.

Pros: The apartment had everything that could be needed to be self-sufficient. The kitchen was very clean, modern and spacious. Valerie was an excellent host and always prompt, friendly and attentive to anything we needed.

Cons: It says on the booking site that the apartment has air conditioning but there wasn't any air conditioning obvious? I don't think it has air conditioning. Apologies if it does have some air conditioning and we couldn't find it. The sofa bed/couch was getting quite tired and uncomfortable. This didn't bother us as we didn't sit on it much and didn't use it as a bed. It might be time to consider upgrading it?
