Malonat Duplex - Old Town

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect to see many popular places and commute easily. There were some extras left at the place (like shampoo, tea and coffee) which was a nice gesture. The kitchen had all that you needed to make a quick meal at home. The internet was quite good. The apartment owner always picked up my calls and was really friendly.

Cons: Even though the owner picked calls, she didn't reply to my messages, so that's something to keep in mind. The apartment looked bigger in pictures but it wasn't a major problem or anything. What bothered me the most was probably the door lock, it was really difficult to lock and unlock it. The bathroom's door was a bit run-down too. The room could use better lighting as well.

Pros: Lovely and spacious, perfect for two but totally doable for four.

Cons: Sofa-bed is a bit tired

Fantastic location, you get all you need

Pros: The flat had absolutely everything we could have possible need including all kinds of pans, washing machine, latte hair dryer. The place was really clean and it was easy to check in. The location is phenomenal just steps away from the promenade and most important spots

Cons: Sometimes you can hear the neighbours thru the thin walls but it didn’t bother us as the other residents were really respectul and mostly quiet

Pros: Really nice property in a great location in the heart of old town nice. Was perfect for our visit.

Pros: I really liked the location. The apartment was interesting and different for me, I liked all of it. It was fine for me for one person.

Lovely place to stay and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Nice.

Pros: It was located centrally but was out of the way. It was quiet. The apartment was ideal size for the two of us. We cooked there one evening and had everything we needed.

Cons: The amount of stairs there were to get to the room! Obviously nothing can be done about this and it was stated it was on the top floor so it wasn't unexpected. This is not a negative in any way, more of a personal thing.

Pros: Location was perfect and good value for money!! Right in the old town, near the beach, close to the main street with all the bars and restaurants. Perfect for a couple of days! Would stay again. Recommend 👍🏻

Pros: Very comfortable, clean and right in the old town. Highly recommended for a short stay in Nice and to walk around the city

Pros: The apartment is clean, nice and confortable. Near to the old center and also to the beach. Location is super nice. Everything you need in the kitchen, and bathroom.

Cons: Only thing, that is not a problem, no elevator, because is old center, for me was no problem.

Pros: Location is excellent. Also the apartment has everything you need.

Cons: Communication with the host. They didn’t reply to my messages or pick up the phone. So I was very worried about how will I get to the property. I received instructions last minute after having to call Booking.com
