Le Château - THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SIGHT IN OLD TOWN

Definitely the best sight in old town!

Pros: Wow,it certainly is a most beautiful sight in old town. Gregory was very helpful when we collected our keys with directions and access. Yes, there are 97 steps up to the apartment, but it's worth the climb. Apartment is well appointed with bed-settee,table and chairs. Good kitchen area but we never done much cooking as plenty of patisseries, bistros and restaurants on your doorstep, excellent shower room with toiletries and a separate toilet,but the star of the show is the roof terrace with an outstanding view of the city and the sea,very peaceful considering its in middle of old town,a little oasis. We spent most of our days up there sun bathing after buying our lunch from a patisserie. Ate out every evening as there are so many places to eat. We would definitely go back there and highly recommend.

Cons: Maybe the bed could be better and better pillows,but that's a personal choice. Some might find it tricky climbing the steps up to the bed and tight headroom,but its only a little gripe.

Pros: Loved the location(the old town was definitely our vibe), the roof terrace was fantastic and couldn’t fault it at all. Great facilities and a short walk from shops, beach and all the buzz

Cons: If you were really to squeeze something negative out of me about this apartment it would be that it didn’t have a long mirror but that is really minor and very very picky hence 10/10 rating, I am not wanting to be negative, only commenting on this because the didn’t like box is there on the review. We loved it very much. Annoyed people are marking this property down due to the stairs. It’s an old building so it’s not going to have a lift and it has a roof terrace so it’s obviously on the top floor. Not sure what these people are expecting

Cons: 97 steps to get to the apartment, will keep you fit while you're on holiday.

Pros: Perfect location in Old Town with a fantastic view over Nice from the rooftop terrace. Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Very cosy place to spend your holiday.

Cons: Please install blinds/curtains on all the windows in the living room in order to sleep better in the morning

The terrace is amazing !

Pros: The terrace is amazing ! Sitting there with croissant seeing how city wakes up or with the glass of wine in the evening enjoying the view is worth every climbed stair. It is an experience on its own. On top of that staff is really helpful and friendly. The apartment is well equipped. For a trip in a group, a walk-in wardrobe is an amazing solution that helps you organise your stuff without cluttering the main area.

Cons: The stairs - you need to climb a bit to get to the apartment. For us, it was not a deal breaker, but it may be challenging for families with children or elderly. The couch creaks with every move. It makes it a bit difficult to sleep on comfortably.

Fantastic for a girls trip!

Pros: Wow!!! this apartment is absolutely stunning. the views from the balcony are incredible. we had a fantastic trip. the only nag is the load of steps up to the apartment but we can’t say we were not warned of this prior to booking. Just be aware of it if you struggle with walking up a lot of stairs. Otherwise a fantastic holiday!

Prachtig appartementje op schitterende locatie. De 100 treden naar de inkom lonen 😉.

Pros: Schitterende locatie! Prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Nice van op het dakterras. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht en alles is er aanwezig. De hygiëne bij aankomst is top. Duidelijke richtlijnen bij het afhalen van de sleutels (terug te vinden in map ter plekke).

Great location to stay in with great views of the city

Pros: The location was perfect, so close to tons of great spots.

Cons: The stairs inside the apartment were a little tricky to get up and down quickly, both to get up to the rooftop and the bed area. No curtains on the downstairs windows made it hard for the person sleeping on the couch bed.
