Le Mirador du Vieux Nice

Marvelous

Pros: Despite the relatively small size of the apartment, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: you are in the centre of the Old Town, a 5-minute walk to the sea, 5 minutes to tram and bus stops... The Nice Citadel, formerly the historic Colline du Château, is right above you. Nowadays, Castle Hill is used as a park with magnificent views of La Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town, and the bay; it offers hiking trails, observation decks, and a waterfall. The hostess is a nice, amiable person. We haven't had a single reason for dissatisfaction. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Lovely stay in Nice.

Pros: Localisation - in really Old Nice. Very close to cathedral place but not in the strict restaurant, rather noisy, area. Perfect compromise. Small but practical, well organised place.

Cons: Access to apartment is not very easy. Stairs inside apartment create problems in easy access to toilette/lavatory. But it is really old building - somehow understandable. Box with keys was located in a little bit different place than presented by the owner (on the wall, not on the barrier).

Fantastic, would highly recommend.

Pros: You couldn’t get a better location if you tried. Right in the heart of the old-town and by the seaside. Shops, restaurants and everything you could want a stones throw away. Would only recommend for 2 people as the room is just right for that amount of people.

Cons: The AC was a little weak and it was very hot. Maybe some complimentary waters in the fridge would be a nice touch!

Pros: Had a very charming feel. Quiet - being close to the enjoyments of the old town but just away from it to be quiet when inside

Cons: The stairs are quite steep and so need to be careful especially exiting the property

Lovely stay in nice

Pros: The property was nice and in a fantastic location. The washing machine came in handy on our travels and loved that the space had air con in this heat 😁

Pros: Well euiped small appartement just below roof of medieval hause located in the center od old town. 300m from english promenáde, on the bottom of castle hill....

Cute and comfortable with an excellent location

Pros: A very romantic attic apartment, with all the amenities, right at the heart of the Nice old town, a short walk from the beach. Despite it's location the apartment was quiet and very comfortable. It was with a heavy heart that we checked out after only one night.

Cons: The shower door did not close properly and it was a bit difficult to find the garbage container.

Pros: It's very close to the old town centre, but not noisy. Good location. The owner is very helpful.

Cons: Everything is fine, except the stairs. The stairs are narrow and a little bit steep. It's a challenge for the people who carry middle-size suitcases.

Pros: The location was excellent in the old town with everything at walking distance. Price / quality ratio was good Communication with the host was smooth, although it was only possible in French

Cons: The bed was not comfortable. TV and remote didn't work properly Partly Overstepping the stairs to get to the bathroom can simply be dangerous
