Cozy apartments

Pros: I was looking for an apartment in the old town at a reasonable price. This apartment fully met my needs, there was everything I need - air conditioning, washing machine, small yard for cozy coffee or wine breaks. The administrator is kind and helpful :)

Cons: crazy resident neighbor woman constantly yelling

Wonderful spot to stay in old Nice and easy access to transport to explore the environs.

Pros: Breakfast not inlcuded, but nice assortment of coffee and tea to get you through the first days before hitting a grocery store and the kitchen had everything needed. Sarah was at the front door to greet me and hand over the keys and show me around. She was very responsive with any questions I had. Absolutely fabulous location.

Cons: The outdoor space was quite overlooked and fairly noisy. Could hear people's televisions and conversations, but it was lovely to have an outdoor space at all.

Excellent location close in Old Nice within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see.

Pros: Great location! It was a comfortable place for our family of four and the air conditioning was a bonus. The outside patio area is nice as well.

Cons: Nothing it was great

En lägenhet med terrass och välutrustat kök mitt i gamla stan i Nice , lugnt och nära stranden.

Pros: Allt var superbt, t o m en skön terrass. Mycket välutrustat kök. Otroligt nära stranden, mitt i gamla stan och ändå lugnt. Vi njöt av vår vistelse på alla vis.

Pros: 设施很齐全 住所超级干净明亮！ 床也很舒服 还有一个小院子 甚至可以洗完衣服之后晾在外面（有晾衣架 最棒的是位置！下楼五分钟左右就见到海了 还是老城的核心区域 走哪基本都是五分钟 楼下就有一家很棒很好吃的饭馆 巷子里平时都坐满吃喝聊天的人 但是公寓门前的这一条巷子正好没有店家 所以很静谧 然后虽然是老楼却很安全 门口都是感应门 接待的小姐姐lina也很棒 很热情为我们介绍城市和处理我们遇到的问题！ 我们在这里度过了最好的南法假日！下次来尼斯还是会选择住在这里！
