Clean, quiet, spacious apartment in a great location

Pros: Great location with Starbucks, shops and restaurants only a few steps away. Super clean and stylish interior. The host was very responsive and attentive. Would come again for sure!

Cons: Nothing really comes to mind - maybe that there were no teaspoons in the kitchen, only regular spoons for some reason.

Zentrale Wohnung, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Pros: Self Check-In haben wir als angenehm erlebt. Das Self Check-In wurde vom Gastgeber frühzeitig erklärt. Die Wohnung war schön aufgeteilt und mit einem Balkon in den Innenhof. Die Wohnung lag im Zentrum von Nizza. Uns hat der kurze Weg zum Strand sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und wir haben gut geschlafen.

Cons: Wir haben vor dem Check-In etliche Nachrichten des Gastgebers bezüglich des Check-Ins, den Angeboten und dem Depot erhalten. Für meinen Geschmack war dies etwas stressig und durch die vielen Nachrichten unübersichtlich. Ebenfalls fanden wir ein Depot von CHF 500.- zu hoch, wenn man beachtet, dass wir bei Anreise etliche Defekte festgestellt haben. Die WC Brille war defekt und nicht montiert, meine Freundin hat sich verletzt. Wenn die Defekte repariert werden, kann ich die Wohnung dennoch weiterempfehlen.
