Excellent apartement

Pros: The apartement was super and everything was perfect including arrivel.

Cons: Just fix the Bahtroom where water is still running all over the Bathroom when you take a shower.

Great location, beautiful views and clean and easy to access apartment !

Pros: Beautiful views from the patio, living room. Apartment is clean and well appointed, close to the Magnan Tram stop so easy to get to when you travel! The hosts were very friendly and assisted in getting us the keys and settled.

Cons: Nothing major maybe some small tweaks: Would recommend a bath mat in the shower, the shower when washing hair can retain too much water and not drain fast enough. Maybe just a sponge to wash dishes with. But that is small suggestion.

Beautiful apartment with AC and sea views

Pros: Beautiful apartment with AC. Very easy access to the airport & old town by bus and by tram. But we also walked along the promenade (about 30 minutes walk) . Nice public beach outside and there’s also a private with sun loungers and bar nearby . I recommend eating breakfast in Brasserrie Magnan - beautiful food . We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner . Aleks , the host, is very welcoming and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us

Cons: I believe other guests have mentioned this already - the shower needs a bit work . It can flood the whole bathroom. Everything else is absolutely perfect.

Lovely apartment, amazing view.

Pros: Amazing view. Lovely new apartment with nice furnishings. It’s in a beautiful part of Nice- (perhaps a bit far to walk to the central area). I would definitely want to stay here again.

Pros: Location was superb and apartment was spotlessly clean.

Cons: could have done with a few waste bags and some tea cloths for the dishes.

A very good short break in Nice, would recommend.

Pros: Location, well equipped, comfortable. Close to Magnam tram station, we had a very good meal in Le Magnam restaurant and the artisan bakery round the corner is good for baguettes and croissant.

Cons: Drain from shower needs to checked regularly to avoid flooding bathroom, need some extra mugs.

Cons: Es könnte mehr an Ausstattung da sein - Lage ist zwar toll aber in die Altstadt schon eine ziemliche Reise.
