Student Factory Nice

Comfortable stat in good location

Great trip to Nice, looking forward to staying at the student factory again.

Pros: Liberation is a lovely part of Nice, 1 tram stop to the train station. Nice bars and restaurants in the area.

Great price for a prime location

Pros: The location is excellent close to shops, restaurants, marketplace, Trambahn, buses and close to the famous Jean Médecin road

Cons: I liked everything

The property is good and worth for the money paid except their inflexibility to accommodate customer's request.

Pros: I love the place since it is safe, cozy with nice view and very clean. The room has a kitchen especially there is supermarket downstairs which I could buy food and cook. This is very convenient.

Cons: The check-in time is at 4pm which is too long. The property did not even allow early check-in or leave the baggage.

Good value for money, great nights sleep.

Pros: The beds were comfy and the window shutter helped my sleep massively! Kept the noise and light out. Room was cosy but enough space for 2 with luggage. Once we had door keys it was easy to get in and out and we felt very safe there. Supermarket underneath was good. We walked everywhere, it was only a 20 minute walk to the seafront.

Cons: I read there was going to be some shower gel but there wasn’t. So some basic amenities like shower gel and something like instant coffee, tea and little milk sachets would be good. Smell of dirty drains and sewer when we came back in the afternoon / evening but this went away within a few minutes of having the balcony door open. The door code either didn’t work or wasn’t easy to understand. However another occupant let us in so we could speak to reception. If they hadn’t of been there from other reviews I wonder how long we would have been waiting.

A great place for a weekend in Nice

Pros: A great place to spend your vacation in Nice! There's a supermarket, pharmacy, market, and coffee shops nearby. The main train station is just one tram stop away, or you can walk there. And the view from the balcony is beautiful.

Cons: The room was missing a kettle and coffee maker, but there's a coffee shop nearby, so you can go there. A good, sharp knife would have been nice.

Great stay with everything you need and perfect location

Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation, and the view from the window was beautiful. It was very convenient to have a supermarket downstairs, as well as a tram stop nearby and the main street leading directly to the sea. I would be happy to come back here again!

Pros: New room with nice view. Always spent nighttime at the balcony looking at the amazing view.

Cons: The bathroom smelled bad, must be the drain. On the last day there was no water till 5m, and there was no hot water until 10pm-ish
