Great spot close to the beach

Pros: Very pleased that they were able to accommodate an early check in and meet me at the property. It is well located, bright and sunny. Would just note that it is up four flights of stairs so maybe not the best for those with challenges in climbing stairs.

Excellent séjour

Pros: Appartement agréable et confortable : commerces, tram et bord de mer à proximité. Nous venons d'y passer un excellent séjour. Il faut juste savoir qu'il est au 4e sans ascenseur.

Cons: Il manque un store occultant dans la chambre.

Pros: EMPLACEMENT PARFAIT au cœur de la vieille ville de Nice Bien sûr, c’est plus animé la nuit, mais c’est normal dans ce quartier. Une fois les fenêtres fermées, on n’entend plus rien. Appartement spacieux et très propre, l’entrée est un peu sombre, mais cela correspond au charme de l’endroit. Dans l’appartement, il y a une machine à café avec des capsules, le wifi, tout est parfaitement préparé et propre. Un grand merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pros: Sehr schönes Appartement mitten in der Altstadt, top ausgestattet. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Sehr nette Hosts und tolle Kommunikation. Etwas warm nachts und nicht ganz leise, aber sonst top.

Cons: Nichts, alles fein.
