Supplied all of our needs in a great location allowing us to maximize our stay with minimal stress.
Pros: Great location in town. Good space providing well for our needs. Easy to manage and check out of.
Cons: More clear instruction as to how the lock on the door works would have made initial move in smoother. We were unaware of the process of unlocking the door to begin with. After a lengthy period of attempting to open the door we then realized the need to pull the door in once fully unlocked to then turn the lock further. This was confusing as it is not a method of unlocking doors that we are accustomed to. Additionally, greater clarity on how to dispose of garbage upon checking out could make that step easier to proceed with.

Cons: The entry to the apartment is pretty rough. The apartment is dark and the main hall light is on a timer so it goes off.

Cons: The unit is host to a heating system that is a tad noisy.

Huippu sijainti ja hyvä pohjaratkaisu - ei kuitenkaan houkuta hengailemaan asunnolla
Pros: Asunnon sijainti oli aivan paras ja keskeinen vanhassa kaupungissa rauhallisella kujalla. Siistiksi remontoitu asunto ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi, sopiva meidän porukalle. Avaimet noudettiin toimistosta noin 15 minuutin matkan päästä, ne sai jättää kuitenkin talolle, ei tarvinnut palauttaa. Maksullinen early check in. Asunto on katutasossa vain pari porrasta sisään.
Cons: Asunnon viihtyisyys ei ole paras mahdollinen, kovin pimeä, kun on lähes katutason asunto. Siellä on yksi korkea ikkuna, mutta ei näe ulos kun vähän taivasta. Mutta tukikohtana ja sijaintina hyvä, emme esimerkiksi kokkailleet asunnolla, kun se ei siihen kutsunut. Talon käytävä on aika spooky, muuten kaikki toimi.

Pros: Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet.
Cons: Leider fehlte es uns ans ein paar Kleinigkeiten, zum Beispiel : Handseife, Geschirrtücher, Spültücher... Die Wohnung sauber zu halten ist unmöglich ohne irgendwelche Utensilien und Reinigungsmittel. Die Möbel sind modern aber schon etwas mitgenommen, ein Bett wackelt enorm und das Sofa ist sehr durch gesessen.

Pros: Très bon emplacement, immeuble dans une petite ruelle typique du vieux Nice, bien équipé, bonne literie, chambres avec salles de bain attenantes, bon rapport qualité-prix
Cons: Le côté un peu impersonnel de la formule de location (boîte a clés). Salon et coin repas un peu exigus

Pros: Шикарное месторасположение, если вы без машины. Старый город, всё рядом. В аппартаментах всё есть для комфортного проживания.
Cons: Матрас , и тот факт, что ключи получаешь в одном месте, а аппартаменты в другом. С вещами это максимально неудобно. На автомобиле к аппартаментами не подъехать, только пешком. Пришлось нести на себе все чемоданы около 10 минут.

Pros: The location was fantastic and having two bedrooms is very nice.
Cons: One of the comforters had a few stains on it which was gross. Luckily it was hot so it wasn't needed.

Very pleasant stay
Pros: Location, style, fully equipped, compact but great use of space, hosts were very accommodating and communicated well
Cons: That there was one shared toilet and none in the en suites. Not a whole lot of sunlight.
