Cosy short stay

Pros: The property is cosy and perfect for a short a stay vacation. Me and my sister stayed here whilst we went out in old nice and it’s perfectly located and super cosy/comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The communal areas are run down and it’s up 5 flights of stairs which didn’t bother us but maybe bother others

Pros: Very cozy, loved that it was located in Old Town. The apartment, although small, was very well designed and had all the amenities, including air conditioning which was essential during the heatwave. The owners are also very sympathetic.

Cons: Not that much to mention... The apartment is located in a 5th and there is no elevator, but it isn't that much of an issue. Could just use a drawer to store clothes and items that people bring.

Pros: Posizione in pieno centro, camera piuttosto curata e molto comoda l'aria condizionata

Cons: Condominio vecchio e fatiscente, ultima rampa di scale molto ripida. L'appartamento è in un sottotetto quindi si rischia in alcuni punti di sbattere la testa

Pros: Lit confortable, belle décoration, très bon emplacement

Cons: Les derniers escaliers compliqués d'accès

Pros: Location is very central in the center of the Old Town. Host communicated well and the check in instructions were easy to follow. Apartment is very clean, modern and ideal for a short stay. Read reviews mentioning concerns / complaints regarding the 5 floors to reach the apartment and the condition of the hallway / stairs. We did not find this to be an issue and would expect many apartment blocks throughout the Old Town to be in the same condition. The entryway in no way reflects the apartment itself. In fact I would go as far as to say we were very impressed with the work that had gone into modernising the apartment.

Pros: Uitstekende locatie. Super mooi en gezellig ingerichte studio met alles wat je nodig hebt. Zeer authentiek verblijf. Airco. Comfortabel bed. Wij hebben hier zeer goed geslapen. Duidelijke communicatie van host. Ook al is het op de 5de verdieping, valt dit zeer goed mee.

Cons: Geen gordijnen.

Je recommande ce studio chaleureux et bien équipé pour passer un séjour dans la belle ville de Nice !

Pros: Le logement est décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et très bien situé pour visiter Nice !

Cons: Les parties communes sont assez dégradées.
