Amazing place, will stay again when we visit Nice

Pros: Very central, modern, nice. Good size for family of 5. Grocery store close by. We would go back.

Cons: Entrance and hallway was smelly and shabby in a bad way. The pillows were to big and hard. There was missing standard equipment for keeping the kitchen clean.

Very enjoyable

Pros: The flat was immaculate. Could not fault it, very modern, very quiet even though it overlooked the la pietonne, the pedestrianized area, with its many restaurants. Great location.

Cons: The only problem I had was it was on the 3rd floor with no lift and I am 81. My daughter had no problem with the stairs.

Pros: La disponibilità e gentilezza del host. Posizione ottima in pieno centro a due passi dal mare. L'appartamento comodo, pulito. Apprezzato molto la bottiglia di vino bianco di benvenuto! Consigliato!

Fabuleux appartement à recommander à 100%. On y reviendra sans hésitation.

Pros: L'emplacement était fabuleux, à proximité de magazins, restaurants, pizzérias, cafés, plage, etc. L'appartment est propre et très fonctionnel. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le propriétaire nous a avisé avant que la climatisation est en panne et que la réparation ne peut se faire qu'après notre départ et nous a proposé une remise importante en cas d'acceptation et cela a été effectué. C'est très correct comme attitude. On le remercie pour celà.

Cons: Il y avait du bruit à l'ouverture des fenêtres, mais cela est normal puisque c'est au dessous de restaurants côtés. Même si l'appartement est au troisième étage sans ascenseur, cela n'est pas gênant.

Pros: Hervorragende Lage, gute Isolation, dadurch sehr ruhig

Cons: 60 Stufen bis zur Wohnung, kein Aufzug
