Pros: I loved everything, the location was wonderful, flat has a tasteful interior, air conditioning in every room and cozy environment

Great location in the heart of the Old Town – clean, comfortable apartment with excellent communication from the host.

Pros: We had a great stay in this apartment in the heart of Nice’s Old Town. The location is perfect – right in the charming narrow streets with everything within walking distance. The apartment itself was new, clean, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. The host was excellent – great communication, and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay.

Cons: Just be aware that, like many places in the Old Town, there’s limited with views and daylight due to the narrow streets – but this didn’t bother us personally, as the location and quality of the apartment more than made up for it. The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Pros: The apartment was really nice. Very well furnished and very clean. Location was also extremely good. The owner was very helpful and the check in process was also quite easy. Also very easily accessible to the beach, food and public transportation

Cons: The only thing I could recommend would be some thicker blankets for the small beds and maybe some more lights on the stairs. Both very minute things. Overall everything was very good

Pros: Magnifique appartement idéalement placé dans le quartier multiculturel du Vieux Nice. Tout est à portée de main: restaurants pour tous les goûts, bus, tram, train. La gare de Nice Riquier est facile et bien desservie. De là, vous partez d'un côté ou de l'autre de la Côte. Paysages à couper le souffle.
