Pros: First of all, the owner of the apartment was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Communication was great, and everything went smoothly. She truly went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Because of a reported heatwave, she even arranged an air conditioner for us during our stay—such a thoughtful gesture. The apartment itself is small but nice, very clean, and in a great location—just across the street from the promenade. Overall, a great experience at a fair price, especially considering how expensive the city can be during this season. We’d definitely book it again!

Wonderful stay, perfect location! Close to everything walking or in bike

Pros: The proximity to the beach is amazing and the customer service was excellent as well. The apartment is perfect for a couple, it has a kitchen with all appliances needed for a quick bite or a bit more complex meal. The host was amazing during the whole stay and super friendly. I really recommend this flat

Pros: nice-ville 역에서 꽤나 가까운 위치입니다. 해변까지 도보 5분이면 충분히 도착할 수 있으며, 침대가 상당히 푹신하고 넓어서 자기에 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐을 옮기기 쉽고, 이중 보안으로 매우 안전하게 출입할 수 있습니다. 니스에서 이정도 가격의 숙소는 찾기 힘들 것 같아요!

Cons: 에어컨이 없어요. 하지만 여름 날씨도 그렇게 덥고 습하지는 않아서, 선풍기를 틀어놓고 자면 괜찮았습니다.
