Fantastic location

Pros: Fantastic location so close to the center, old town and specially the Carnival Parade. Great price for the size of the flat and the location. Good communication with the host. Very happy to have an expresso coffee machine. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials and some extras to cook if we wished too. The beds were comfortable and bedding was warm enough.

Cons: The flush of the toilet took forever to refill and as it was four of us it was complicated if we needed to go to the toilet one after the other as had to wait quite a while. The cutlery, plates and cups were not very clean, we needed to wash everything again before using.

Nice apartment near city centre

Pros: The location was excellent. The apartment was spacious and clean. Faciilties were good.

Cons: The bed was a bit small for 2 people

Pros: Perfect location, very reasonably priced and ideal for our group of 5

A great location to explore Nice and the surrounding area.

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent collection, a 2 minute walk from the nearest tram stop next to Place de Massena. It is a 5 minute walk to Promenade des Anglais, right in the heart of the city. The host was very helpful about check in and an early luggage drop off. Communication around check in was prompt and accurate. The apartment was very spacious with large bedrooms. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The Wifi was strong.

Cons: Appliances need an upgrade.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Location was perfect. The apartment was clean and tidy.

Cons: I booked for a family of 6 but they gave us only 4 towels and 4 pillows. And one tissue paper. And the heater at the other bedroom is not working as well in the living room.

Perfect apartment for Nice

Pros: The location is perfect and the price is really good for the city center. It's literally 2 mins walking from the city center. Clean and nice home The size of the apartment is perfect and I got it on the ground floor only, so it's overall perfect

Cons: There's only one bathroom and the bed sizes are very small, so it's little uncomfortable to sleep.

Pros: Great location, central to shopping, beach and markets. Plenty of space in the apartment.

Cons: Coffee machine but no pods.

Good for a short visit

Pros: The property is in a good central location. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and even a short walk to the train station. The apartment was spacious and we were grateful for the air conditioning. Instructions on how to access the property were clear.

Cons: We felt that some amenities could have been better. No hand soap provided and one toilet roll for 3 people for 2 nights was a bit unfair. Also, towels although clean were rough and discoloured.
