Studio 2 steps from the sea near the Negresco hotel

Great stay.

Pros: The location is fabulous. Very close to the beach and supermarket, restaurants, old town. Easy 15 min walk from the Nice Ville train station. Great air conditioning.

Cons: Just a couple of very minor things. Cooking utensils like tongs and a spatula or turner supplied and a sign indicating the handle to work the outside blind or include in the room information. Was tricky to find as no signage at the entrance.

In short: warm hospitality, super service, and everything perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The host was extremely welcoming and offered great service, with clear communication and the ability to speak multiple languages. The location was easy to reach, in a nice and tidy area, and everything was spotless. We really appreciated the flexible option to leave and later pick up our luggage before check-in — it made our arrival so much easier. A nice surprise: the host keeps leftover items from previous guests (like shampoo) in a basket for the next visitors to use. Unfortunately, we only discovered this after buying everything at the supermarket around the corner — such a thoughtful idea! In short: warm hospitality, super service, and everything perfectly clean. Highly recommended!

Pros: The owner was very kind. When I asked for an iron, she personally brought it to me the next day. The apartment itself is in an ideal location, very close to the sea and the city center. I will definitely be back!

Amazing time in Nice

Pros: The apartment is exactly like the images, very well equipped and comfortable. The location area it’s super nice, very close to the beach and near to transportation, restaurants, supermarket and the touristic area.

Lovely apartment in beautiful Nice.

Pros: Gorgeous apartment, great location, great vibe with lots of sunlight. We chose to stay an extra night because we liked it so much.

Cons: A couple of very minor things - beds are on wheels so they move around a bit. Could also have used a toaster.
