Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Rate Aparthotel Adagio Nice Promenade des Anglais! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—right on the promenade, close to the beach and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Our whole family enjoyed our time here and we would highly recommend this aparthotel to anyone visiting Nice.

Great sunny stay over Christmas !

Pros: The sea view from our sitting room and balcony!! 👍👍👍The sunny aspect in our appt, the good heating ( Dec) well equipped kitchen and there s a lift and it s step free except for one step onto the balcony. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming . We managed to get an appt with walk in shower ( disabled) but you have to contact the reception before booking to get this!! Only having to cross the road to walk along the front to look at the sea. Good location for the bus and tram to the centre and the airport We liked having a proper kitchen and the hotel has a small Carrefour and a fabulous fruit and veg shop just nearby where you can shop easily. Some small restaurants nearby too - we tried the sushi 👍 and there s an Italian cafe close by. We appreciated being near the amazing boulangerie La Boulange on the corner 👍👍👍. You have to try the croissants and pains au chocolat!!! Was practical and easy to stay here with my 91 year old mum

Pros: The apartment with sea view was very big and comfy. The sea view from the balcony was the highlight. The staff was very good and supportive. Special thanks to Jerome and his colleagues for being so friendly and helpful.

Pros: Big and spacious apartment, amazing sea view. Had everything we needed for our stay. Reception is open 24 hours, staff is always smiling and polite. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel in a perfect location.

Pros: Great hotel in a perfect location. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. The staff at the reception is extremely nice. The transport connection is perfect, with a tram stop very close by, so it takes no more than 10-15 minutes to get to the city center. It is also very easy and quick to get to the airport or from there to the hotel.

Cons: Twice, at breakfast, the young lady assigned to serve breakfast was impatient and rude to me. On August 18th, she specifically shouted and argued with me because she thought I had arrived late for breakfast, shortly before the breakfast was supposed to end. She argued with me in a completely unbelievable way, one I had never experienced before, shouting over the heads of the guests.

Pros: The apartment was spacious, we had sea view apartment and it was perfect. All amenities in place in order to cook and clean. Great value for money for a location very close to centre-ville :) We will come back when we will visit Nice again.

Cons: The rooms were a bit noisy in the evening but it was not a big issue.

Great base to explore Nice and the French Riviera

Pros: Great location and great sea view from balcony. Close to bus and tram stop and only a few miles from airport. Large room with one bedroom and plenty of space for 2 sofa beds. Air conditioning worked well and made the room comfortable but not too cold. Breakfast was good although a little cramped when busy. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast staff seemed overworked and could have used a little extra help. Some of the fixtures and fittings were a little tired although fridge and dishwasher seemed newer.

Pros: Jerome at the front desk was absolutely amazing, what a fantastic person! The location is amazing and very large rooms

Pros: Spacious, comfortable apartment with fantastic seaview. Clean, well equipped and well maintained. Fabulous location (although very noisy, but that's expected), easy access to everything. Great value for the location, comfort, and cleanliness. Would stay again!

Good apartment, spacious with good sized balcony with lovely seaview. Very clean and all staff excel

Pros: Quiet as we were on 7th floor. Choice at breakfast was excellent.

Cons: Lighting in kitchen not good also position of socket for coffee machine and kettle as these were over electric hob.
