Appartement Jardin 10mn centre

Good, decent place for the price, but location may not be for everyone.

Pros: Private entrance to the property, good facilities, pots, pans, cutlery for preparing your own food. Though it could be a little cleaner, nothing unmanageable.

Cons: Location is a bit far from the city, though connectivity via bus and tram are good, but on the way back at night you have to walk a lonely stretch which may not be a problem for say single women. Also remember you have to walk quite a bit uphill to reach the place and if not coming by car, it might be a problem to drag the suitcases from the base (bus station).

For me it was a great little apartment in a quiet part of town.

Pros: The location is very quiet whilst still being not far from everything in Nice. Most people will use a car to access this property however I was using the trams and for me the combined 35 minute walk and tram ride to the centre was absolutley fine. It also has all the cooking facilities you would need for a self catering trip. I trravel to Nice regularly and usually stay somewhere in the centre and I really liked being that little bit further out. It is fantastic value for money for what you are getting. My mid week stay price wise was comparable to getting one of the cheapest hotel rooms in Nice closer to the centre and for that I got a whole aprtment.

Cons: The access stairs down into the terrace and apartment are quite steep. They were fine for me but it might be an issue for an older person or someone with kids.

Pros: We loved the Location because it was away from the city.It was perfect .

Cons: We didn't care for the stairs, because we both have a hard time going up and down ,but we made it work 😀

Moment de détente

Pros: La discrétion et le matériel sur place me convenaient J'ai aimé aussi la sécurisation du lieu surtout contre les moustiques.

Cons: Avec une climatisation cet endroit pourrait être un paradis, car la chaleur était insupportable.

Bien placé à 10 min du centre en voiture et mignon

Pros: J’ai aimé l’emplacement , les attentions de l’accueil , le côté nature avec une vue sur la verdure . L’hébergement était propre avec une petite terrasse très sympathique.

Cons: Juste la literie car j’ai des soucis de dos
