Nice little apartment
Pros: Beautiful apartment, although small. The location is convenient — you can reach the train station in 5–10 minutes and take a train to Cannes or Monaco. The hosts were friendly, and the apartment had everything needed for daily living. They left us water, sweets, and a postcard — a very nice touch. There are many cafés nearby, and there’s a mall where we bought groceries and clothes — very convenient.
Cons: There was an issue with the smell — a strong odor came from the bathroom, which may not be noticeable on the first day. We believe it would be a good idea to have the pipes cleaned.

Lovely apartment, good location
Pros: Had a very pleasant stay at the place, it was equipped with everything we needed and was roomier than I thought it would be. I was also not bothered by the train sounds it was quite quiet in the bedroom so this didn’t affect my sleep. The location was good with the station right nearby and it was only twenty minutes walk into town. The host was lovely and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Cons: The room got quite humid even with the aircon but it wasn’t so bad. The upstairs neighbours were quite noisy late at night but it’s a minor thing really.

Pros: - bliskość dworca kolejowego i autobusowego, - blisko do przystanku autobusowego i tramwajowego, - apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, dostępna kawa/herbata, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów itd. - czysto, - do portu 15 minut piechotą

Pros: Muito boa relação preço-qualidade. Com uma ótima localização, a 3 minutos a pé da estação de comboios. O apartamento está completamente renovado e é bastante confortável. Tem tudo o que precisamos para refeições rápidas e praticas.
Cons: O isolamento do apartamento não é o melhor, e ouve-se bastante barulho exterior inclusivamente o barulho da estação de comboios. Mas no geral é muito bom e aconselhamos a quem quiser conhecer a Riviera Francesa.

Perfect for it’s price and just as described
Pros: The property is near city center with tram and it’s quite spacious. The host was excellent as everything went smoothly for the check-in, he was very much available and answering to questions and even helped when I forgot to give the key to my friend and she was locked outside. The bed was comfortable although a bit small and the towels were soft. The appartment is on the ground floor so no need to go up and down the stairs.
Cons: As many comments mentioned there was a moisture/moldy smell but it wasn’t that disturbing.

Pros: Struttura molto piccola ma accogliente e curata, con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, il proprietario della struttura è stato molto gentile e disponibile ottima per chi disposto ad adattarsi a causa dello spazio un po’ risicato… ciononostante ci ritornerei
Cons: Struttura piccola e un po’ umida e il problema del bagno che non ha finestra ma è comunque ventilabile

Pros: Хорошая уютная квартира, в которой есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяин квартиры приятный, доброжелательный , вежливый человек, был всегда на связи, быстро отвечал на сообщения. Рядом супермаркет, остановка автобуса, недалеко набережная. Это место идеально подойдет тем, кто хочет путешествовать по Лазурному берегу, вокзал в двух минутах ходьбы. Остались очень довольны, вернёмся сюда снова и всем рекомендуем.

Pros: L'appartement est tres propre et idéalement situé. Le vieux nice, promenade, port et avenue Jean médecin sont à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité ce qui est pratique pour les courses. La gare est à une minute à pieds pour prendre le ter vers grasse, Cannes, eze, Monaco et vintimille ce qui fait gagner beaucoup de temps . La maison est bien équipée et l'hôte nous a laissé la lessive, capsule café, tisanes epices, articles de bains enfin tout ce qu'il faut pour le séjour.
Cons: Le train passe derrière la maison mais on entend à peine son bruit. Le canapé lit du salon est moins confortable que celui de la chambre. Mais c'est vraiment des détails c'est un logement dans lequel je retournerai avec plaisir.
