Pros: Good location, very spacious, well equipped kitchen including coffee, small balcony, easy to communicate with host
Cons: Noisy (next to motorway) and beds little bit small, hard and also noisy, could have been cleaner in some areas

Pros: Lovely home, great location, excellent communication with the host. Providing beach towels is a lovely touch!
Cons: Hallways in the building are very smelly (in the flat is ok though) Beds are a bit small, but passable.

Overall we enjoyed the stay in the house.
Pros: The location of the apartment was very convenient to visit Nice either by bus or tram. Also very easy to travel and visit other places and cities around. Bakery, super market and coffee shops were very close and useful during our stay.
Cons: A bit difficult to park. Didn't like the fact that the front shutter didn't close properly.

Gorgeous in Nice
Pros: Everything, oh how I want to go back! Lina and Michael were the perfect hosts, the apartment is exactly like the photos, very well equipped apartment. Lina has thought of everything and we really appreciated the coffee pods, much needed in the morning. Location great, right on the tram line 8-10 minutes to the center, we purchased a seven day pass , worth the money. We will definitely be back 😎
Cons: Be very aware of pickpocketing on tram, young lady offered to help us purchase tickets but was only interested in trying to see my pin number when paying!!

Pros: Edifici amb ascensor i el pis és espaiós amb un bon bany i zona de WC i dos balcons davant i darrere. Menjador i cuina grans amb zona de descans i rentaplats. La propietària és un encant, sempre contesta i té amb compte tot per fer-te sentir com a casa. Hi ha súper i forns de pa molt aprop. Segona línia de mar, i amb tots els transports públics a tocar. Niça centre està molt aprop a 20 min màxim amb tranvia o bus Está tot molt net, hi han un munt de detalls: cafè, aigua, petit rebost amb espècies i sal, sabó de tots els tipus personal i per netejar els estris, draps de cuina, rotlle de paper….. Està molt ben decorat amb aire acondicionat a tot arreu.
Cons: Potser els llits són una mica petits.

Pros: Location is great! The L2 and L3 trams stop one short block away. The 12+ bus is two blocks away, so is the closest beach. A convenient little store for essentials and fruit in the same block. Parking spaces are available on the street, with free overnight. You just have to look. Always found one within two block radius. There are parking garages nearby also.
Cons: Had a little trouble with a neighbor's water leak, but Lina is on top of it. Should not be a problem any more. 1 bedroom black out metal curtain does not come all the way down. Some light will filter!

Pros: Appartement très bien équipé et jolie décoration Une propriétaire très efficace sympathique et réactive,
Cons: Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking individuel mais compliqué à Nice. Par contre un parking proche très bien sur les conseils de la propriétaire

Pros: ビーチまで徒歩1〜2分のロケーションで、空港からのアクセスも良く、トラムの駅はすぐそば。SPARや街の小さな食料品店にも近く、不便な点は何もない。 部屋は広く清潔で寛げます。設備はすべて揃っていて不満はありません。 オーナーはここには住んでいませんが、とてもフレンドリーで困ったことがあってもすぐリモートで対応してくれます。
Cons: 鍵の受け取り方法が複雑。コツがいる部屋のドアの開け方。ゴミの出し方がわかりづらい。テレビの使い方がわからない。その他の家電製品の使い方など、生活する上での注意点を事前に知らせてくれたらパーフェクトです。

Pros: Super tolle Unterkunft Top Lage Straßenbahn vor der Haustür. Wohnung erstklassig ausgestattet und sehr sauber Jederzeit wieder !!!
