Perfect, clean, reasonably priced studio in Nice, hugely recommended.

Pros: Perfect, good location, immaculately clean and Florent is a friendly and super helpful host. Such a reasonable price also.

Nice place. Met all the needs for staying several days in Nice!

Pros: Lots of space. Had a washing machine to do laundry, which was nice for staying a few days with the hot weather. Next to a convenient store and bakery. The host was friendly.

Cons: A little hidden having to go through a garage door to enter the area. There was a park outside the bathroom window and loud people during the night. The description on booking.com said there was airport shuttle, which was one of the reasons I chose the place, but it did not (the drivers were busy according to the host).

Nice stay. Not cheap, but what can you do, it is Nice!

Pros: The apartment is around 1 km from the beach and from the centre. But the walking distance is nice and not boring. Boulangerie and supermarkets are just around the corner. What is very important 9at least for me), it was quiet at night and in the morning. The folding bed was not very comfortable, but ok.

Great place for a small vocation

Pros: Very spacious studio in a good location. Very well well equipped kitchen with everything that you could wish for during a small stay. The host was very reactive and helpfull.

Cons: The sink in the bathroom was a bit stuck and the water flow in the shower was quite slow. The lock and the door itself seem to be quite week - I was a bit worried to leave the valuable stuff inside. It would be great to add a small broom - might be usefull for the kitchen.

Très bon séjour avec pied-à-terre confortable et pratique proche des commodités

Pros: Appartement bien placé entre gare Nice-Ville et plages. Équipement OK dans l'ensemble. Calme, climatisé, meublé et décoré avec goût.

Cons: Entrée principale par porte de garage, appartement peu lumineux en complet vis-à-vis sur cour intérieure et TV en panne lors de notre séjour.

Хороший вариант для того, чтобы экономно отдохнуть в Ницце

Pros: Очень чисто, комфортно, заселили в 11 часов, как только закончили уборку. Хороший вайфай. Есть вся посуда и абсолютно всё на первое время - сахар, соль, чай, кофе, стиральный порошок. Кондиционер хорошо работает.

Cons: Немного далековато от моря.
