NICE - Central 100m plage- Negresco - IDEAL COUPLE

Pros: The location is superb, 2 minutes from the Promenade and very easy to find. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host is very kind and communicative. It is a perfect location for a dream stay.

Pros: In very good place...near the sea and anlian promenade

Cons: Jusy The toilet smell.....:(

Very convenient location, clean and everything you need for a base in Nice - would stay again

Pros: The location is fantastic, 2 min walk to the promenade. Convenient shop down stairs selling everything you would need and a pharmacy along the road also. Air conditioning was a welcome feature as it was very warm when we were there.

Cons: Very small bathroom than sometimes has a funny smell. Took us a while to find the light switch in the corridor as it was very dark but got there in the end

Very nice place and good location. Worth it.

Pros: It was near the beach and very good located. Many restaurants and bars around. And near the station. Everything you needed was there, even a supermarket and pharmacy. It looked nice and you could cook something.

Cons: It was really hot in there and the machine to cool down was loud. But there is nothing else I could complain about.

Perfect location, would stay again

Pros: We loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better and we felt the space was bright and inviting for a weeks stay, the bed was comfortable and having a washing machine was very handy. The host Steve was also incredibly kind and accommodating!

Cons: As mentioned by other guests the bathroom is very tiny and has an interesting smell however with the door closed it was unnoticeable at most times, this was the only downside to an otherwise perfect stay!

Pros: The location is ideal, there's a grocery store right below and a pharmacy around the corner. Everything's easy to reach! Clear and easy instructions for check-in and a useful handbook for the apartment itself Comfy mattress & a Nespresso machine is all I needed and it had both :)

Cons: Everything was great, just couple of things to note- very small & narrow elevator, as most are in Nice, didn't bother me but might be an issue for some. Great view from the window but no balcony, need to lean in to see the sea :) Still totally worth it!

Great short break!

Pros: Fantastic location. Clean and ideal for a short break! Very good facilities for the size of the property.

Pros: it is quiet a nice apartment, a bit small but there was everything you need, even a washing machine! 5 min walking to the beach, a supermarket next door (literally), plenty of restaurants around.

Cons: the only point to be considered is bad soundproofing but this problem can be solved with earplugs :)

Adorámos, foi excelente e voltaremos por certo.

Pros: A localização excelente, no centro e perto da praia e dos restaurantes. O apartamento estava muito limpo, e tinha tudo o necessário para passarmos um ótimos dias. O anfitrião, Steve, foi extremamente simpático e sempre disponível, tendo nos permitido fazer um check-in mais cedo e checkout tardio. O preço foi ótimo para a localização e as condições. Recomendo !

Cons: Nada a referir.
