It was good value for money

Pros: The location was excellent, right beside the port. The apartment was very spacious and was nice and modern.

Cons: The shutters in both rooms were broken and the washing machine did not work properly.

Cons: Forcément un peu bruyant vu sa localisation en pleine ville très près du port qui est très fréquenté.

Cons: Le confort du lit dans la chambre principale laissait à désirer Circulation bruyante qui dérangeait parfois la nuit

Een fijne plek om te verblijven. Wij zijn blij met deze keus.

Pros: Er was voldoende ruimte in het appartement. Alles was netjes bij aankomst en we hadden direct een goed gevoel bij deze accommodatie. De ligging vonden wij erg goed. Supermarkt en een bakker op de hoek. Op een korte loopafstand van Old Nice met leuke winkels en restaurantjes. Openbaar vervoer was ook dichtbij. Ook de communicatie verliep vlot en makkelijk. Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad en raden deze accommodatie aan.

Cons: Niets om op te merken. Wij zijn erg tevreden over ons verblijf en het verloop.

quando senti le campane .......

Pros: appartamento molto comodo in posizione strategica vicino al porto (che si vede sia dal salotto che dal terrazzino) 2 stanze da letto: una matrimoniale ed una con 2 singoli senza aria condizionata. C'è però un bel divano letto matrimoniale in salotto con aria condizionata (che ho usato per le mie figlie). cucina molto ben attrezzata (anche troppo): microonde, tostapane, nespresso, frigo grande, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, tanti utensili e un bancone comodo. In generale casa accogliente: armadi e ripiani ampi, tv smart, aria condizionata - necessaria nel periodo- ben funzionante. L'assistenza rapida ed efficace nel rispondere su quesiti ed istruzioni. Siamo stati molto bene.

Cons: anche con finestre e serrande chiuse c'è un serio problema di insonorizzazione e la vicina chiesa che scampanella dalle 7 del mattino (ed anche alle 7.05) ed il traffico intenso rendono l'appartamento poco adatto a chi soffre di sonno leggero (come me). E' strano perchè gli infissi sono nuovi... La casa è un po' datata (soprattutto il bagno) ma funzionante e comodo: basterebbe un quadretto alle pareti vintage e 2 lustrini nella tenda della vasca per rendere tutto più romantico e piacevole. Il primo ingresso a casa (con tutte le serrande abbassate e questi muri spogli con carta da parati) danno un primo impatto negativo, quasi di squallido, Questo è facilmente migliorabile!
