Fantastic

Pros: Jessica who greeted us was lovely and very responsive. The apartment looks much better in person (photos don’t do it justice). It was lovely to have lift access, a washing machine, coffee pods, wifi and a tv. The location is great - 10 min walk to Nice Ville station and 15 minutes to the old town/beach. I think the property is great value for money.

Cons: It was noisy at night as we had the windows open due to no AC. Bring ear plugs. Although, I think anywhere in Nice is noisy at night.

Pros: This apartment looks way better then it’s pictures.it’s a lot bigger then expected.very clean.very well placed.it has everything u need for a few days.loved also how nice the lady that greated me was.very nice person

Cons: It would be nice if it would have ac and a closet to hang your clothes.

Pros: The stay in this apartment was amazing it was clean and key exchange went smoothly. Location is perfectly close to the center, beach and also train station. Communication with apartment owner was perfect, whenever you needed something she’s happy to help and also responds quickly.

Pros: Tolle Lage, sehr sauber und gute ausgestattet. Bequemes Bett! Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin und Verwaltung war problemlos und sehr zuvorkommend!

Der Aufenthalt in Nizza war fantastisch.

Pros: Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Apartment ist sehr sauber und nahe an einem Supermarkt gelegen, in dem man alles wichtige einkaufen kann. Die Lage ist super, Fußläufig zu Innenstadt und Strand

Pros: 地理位置好，靠近火车站和市中心，可以步行去海边和老城区，楼下就有个大超市，非常便利。厨房有冰箱和基本的厨具，可以买半成品回来烹饪，很方便。房主人很好，回消息很快，有疑问可以很快得到解答。

Cons: 如果烤箱能用就更好了。希望下次来住，能有吹风机用。蚊子太多，2小时拍死了7只后，仍然有，后来去超市买了驱蚊器才好点。早晨7点起楼下会有工人搬运货物，噪声较大，需要关窗睡觉才稍好些。
