Maison Bianchi - Lamartine

Pros: The instructions for accessing the flat were clear and easy to follow, with detailed information about entry, the key location, and how everything worked. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions promptly. The flat is in an excellent location for exploring Nice, with several grocery stores nearby, which was very convenient. Despite its central location, the flat was very quiet, and having an elevator from ground level made access easy. There was also a well-equipped set of cooking pans and kitchen utensils, which we especially appreciated during our longer stay. The bed, sheets, and pillows were excellent and very comfortable. The space is good for two adults.

Cons: The flat was slightly dusty when we arrived, and there was a slight smell in the shower room. The sofa bed was a bit firm.

Pros: very nice apartment and very central- felt safe as a group of girls

Cons: we were never instructed how to use the key in the door - we were waiting for half an hour trying to get the door to open until some kind neighbours helped us. Was a very stressful start to our holiday!

Pros: A very cute little apartment with everything you need for your stay. My favourite part was the Juliet balcony overlooking a beautiful building across the street. Located very conveniently, close to supermarket, high street and beach less than 10 min walk. The instructions for check-in were sent a day before and were very thorough, we had no issues at all.

Pros: Great location and really tidy and modern apartment in the heart of town. Easyv5 minute walk from the train and tram even with our luggage, 2 minutes from Jean Medicin, the Cathdral, shopping, eating beaches and everything you needed. Loved the traditional windows and shutters and Juliet balcony overlooking other historic buildings.
