Central Lamartine Flat - Brand New

Excellent apartment, lift may be an issue

Pros: Great place, clean, and in a great spot. It was really well equipped and very clean. I'd stay here again. We stayed for three nights. We were fine with the bedroom upstairs, but may not be suitable for some people.

Cons: The lift stopped working on day 2, requiring us to walk up and down five flights for 2 days I messaged the owner on the day 3, and it was fixed on that day, so we didn't have to take the cases down five flights when we left - hooray! One of the permanent residents said the lift breaks a lot! However, as i said, the owner was really responsive.

Pros: Ottima posizione, appartamento in ottime condizioni e ben attrezzato in un bel contesto

Pros: Principalmente la ubicación, el departamento tiene todo el equipamiento para pasar unos días con todas las comodidades.

Cons: El ascensor se rompió un sábado a la noche, el día martes cuando partimos seguía sin funcionar. Esto es ajeno al departamento pero sin dudas influye en el edificio.

Cons: Hissi rikki yli vuorokauden ajan. Ei tietenkään majoittahan syytä 😁

Pros: C'est un endroit bien situé pour visiter la Nice en totalité

Great, quiet location.

Pros: Great location, easy check in/out. Clothing washing machine was appreciated especially with a longer stay.

Cons: Bedroom loft area gets quite warm even with air conditioning. Limited space for luggage and groceries. Would have appreciated access to beach towels, however we purchased a beach mat and left it behind for next visitors.

Zentral gelegene, gemütliche Wohnung für die Erkundung von Nizza.

Pros: Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen. Klein aber fein und es hat Alles was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt.

Cons: Nicht gefallen ist nicht korrekt ausgedrückt, aber was natürlich beachtet werden sollte ist dass sich die Wärme im Schlafzimmer oben staut und es kann schlecht gelüftet werden. Aber es ist eine super Klimaanlage inkl. Ventilator vorhanden.

Süßes kleines Appartement für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Nizza

Pros: Das hübsche kleine App. ist zentral aber ruhig in einem Wohnhaus gelegen. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für einen Kurztrip nach Nizza gut geeignet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und der Checkin waren nett und unproblematisch. Schönes Detail war ein kleines liebevoll gestaltetes Büchlein, dass alle notwendigen Informationen enthielt.

Cons: Es war alles in Ordnung.
