Pros: * j'ai oublié le principal: un hôte adorable et très réactif, une communication est simple et fluide. Et c'est vraiment très appréciable. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai sans soucis si l'occasion se présente !

Pros: Spazio ottimale per due persone, posizione ottima soprattutto per chi si sposta in macchina (considerando il posto auto incluso) e bellissima vista. Le istruzione dell’host sono state chiare e semplici da seguire

Pros: Lo studio era arredato e pulito in modo eccellente. La vista era fantastica ed anche la posizione dentro la proprietà privata

Cons: Non funzionava l ascensore

Pros: La tranquillité et la vue. les explication pour accéder à la location sont bien précises, mais cela fait un peut chasse au trésor :-)

Cons: la piscine. il y avait peu de monde... par contre le schort de bain est interdit mais des personnes se baignaient toute habillée.....

Pros: The host was very kind, he sent us super helpful videos and he was always available. The room has a beautiful balcony with great view. The washer machine is very useful. The location is great

Cons: The bathroom was old and the towels were with microfibers which is not my preferred kind of towel (It would be better cotton)

Une bonne adresse à Nice

Pros: Le calme de la résidence, le parking pour laisser la voiture et se déplacer à pied jusqu'au centre de Nice qui n'est pas très loin (15 min). La terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner. La surface du studio qui permet de ranger les affaires sans encombrer la pièce à vivre. La piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée. La réactivité de l'hôte.

Cons: Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable. C'est dommage.
