Very comfy villa in a great location

Pros: Great location and easy walk to restaurants, shops and the promenade. Host communicated well. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked.

Cons: Couldn’t find a toaster but used the oven grill.

It was great. Close to the beach and tram stops and easy to get around

Pros: It was lovely, eclectic mix of traditional and modern. The bedrooms were all well proportioned and the facilities were very good.

The perfect residence for a relaxing and luxurious stay in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the Nice attractions

Pros: We loved this villa - beautiful decor, creature comforts, well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful small but deep pool which was invaluable in the heat of August. Great location to access Nice and Riviera within a residential enclave vs overtly tourist area. We truly relaxed and enjoyed our stay… Great comms and responsiveness.

Cons: Air con in kitchen/ dining would be a great addition.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area but only a stone’s throw away from the hustle and bustle of Nice

Pros: This is just the most fantastic villa to stay in for exploring Nice and the Côte d’Azur. You are a 5 minute walk from the Promenade and about 20 minutes to Old town Nice. The villa is spacious and has everything a family could need. The host is extremely responsive if you need anything. We would love to visit again!!

Pros: Beautiful villa that was impeccably clean! Plenty of room and almost a destination in and of itself. All the necessary kitchen items were available as were plenty of towels.

Loved the villa

Pros: Spacious villa for all 7 of us. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool perfect!

Cons: My only suggestion would be if there are more than 6 people staying at the villa that a couch be moved up to one of the air conditioned bedrooms. It was extremely warm at night in the main living areas.
