A little expensive for 1 night.

Pros: A beautiful apartment in the centre. Good communication and instructions from owner. Everything g in the apartment was perfect.

Cons: Too expensive with the daily parking charges. Would also need to stay a few nights to benefit from the apartment. (We only stayed 1)

Pros: Идеальная чистота, дружелюбные владельцы: позволили заселиться раньше совершенно бесплатно. Вся бытовая техника совершенно исправна.

Cons: Слишком длинный пароль от WiFi. Неисправный замок от окна - окно не открывалось.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour.

Pros: Logement joliment meublé, moderne, bénéficiant de tous les équipements nécessaires, et propre. La propriétaire est disponible et réactive. Appartement situé à proximité du centre ville, du vieux Nice, et de la promenade des Anglais. Idéal pour un couple.

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location. Close to trams, grocery, shopping and restaurants. 10 min walk to Nice train station, old town and many other hot spots like promenade Responsive host with clear instructions. True to pictures shown.

Cons: Just a note; Split AC is in living room , so bedroom doesn't get enough cool.

Pros: Есть лифт в доме,это очень удобно. Кондиционер. Вся необходимая посуда. Чисто.

Cons: Одна розетка у кровати была сломана. Непонятно,как пользоваться плитой. Ге включилась.хозяин после него с скидкой инструкцию,но она не открывалась,мы остались без завтрака.

Perfect location

Pros: It was renovated so the appliances were new. The location was perfect, we didn't move anywhere by transport. The beach, the promenade was 10 minutes away, and who wanted to bathe in the sea, there was an umbrella, too. The air condition was perfect, we were there 7th june 2023. The hostess was really helpful and answered in no time.

Cons: The sofa bed didn't work so I slept really bad. The air vent in the bathroom didn't work or at least we didn't know how it works so it was humid in there and it smelled lika a basement. We were a family of three, but it is a studio, so it's better only for 2 people.
