Overall a good place to stay

Pros: The place is quite big. It has a wall mounted bed and a sofa, both very comfortable. The bathroom has a big shower. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, iron board, espresso machine, stove, toaster and other kitchen items. The place was clean. The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from the super market - Monoprix and the mall - Nicetoile. The tram line is also 5 minutes away, 10-15 min walking distance is the train station.

Cons: In the kitchen, should provide some paper towels, one bigger knife and garbage bags. Also, it should specify that the apartment is at the ground floor, next to the elevator. Unfortunately for us, every single night , at all hours there were many people going in and out of the building and we can hear each and every one of them talking right next to the door while waiting for the elevator. But, if you're a deep sleeper, you shouldn't have any problems :)

Nice apartment for a comfortable stay. Great base to visit other parts of Côte d’Azur.

Pros: Good size apartment with space to cook meals. Very close to center, short walk to beach and train station.

Pros: Todo! Espectacular departamento. Pequeño pero con absolutamente todas las comodidades. Los espacios muy bien aprovechados. Completísimo no le faltaba nada. La verdad tuvimos una estadía maravillosa. Super recomiendo!!!!

Cons: Nada. Todo de 10!
