Great Nice apartment in a perfect location

Pros: Perfect location- it couldn’t have suited us better. Beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping all within 100m. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the equipment. Nestor and Jeeves were very helpful

Pros: Position, calme et vues sur jardin d'Arménie ( direct ) promenade des anglais et mer ( latéralement ).

Cons: Pas de rechanges aussi bien pour literie que pour les serviettes de bains et autres...

В целом было хорошо, замечательно отдохнули. Спасибо!

Pros: Больше всего понравилось месторасположения объекта: очень близко к морю, к набережной, к отелю Негреско, и в то же время близко к центру Ниццы и старому городу. Чистая квартира, убрано, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть в наличии.

Cons: Не понравилось масштабное строительство прямо перед окнами дома: делался масштабный ремонт соседнего отеля и активные ремонтные работы начинались с семи утра, было очень шумно. Так же шумно из-за близости к дороге. На ночь окна нужно закрывать. На фотографиях квартира намного больше, чем есть в действительности.
