Fantastic !!

Pros: Location couldn’t have been better! If I was to return to Nice I would 100% stay here again. Host met us with a smile despite our flight being late. Right on the line between the beautiful old town and the bustling new City whisky remaining a 30 second walk away from the beach. The location is outstanding.

Cons: This is not the properties fault but the building entrance was filled with mosquitos that flood into the room during the summer months so be sure to apply replant straight away. One again this is not the owners fault the apartment was great.

Pros: Amazing location, 2 mins from beach, bars, cafes etc. Host was great at communicating and met us at the property despite our late arrival in the evening. Would definitely book to stay here again.

Cons: Bed was slightly uncomfortable but that could be just a matter of personal taste :)

Pros: Good size accommodation! Super close to beach and a lot of restaurants etc. Has a washer and a kitchen. Would be a great place for a longer stay! Host was lovely also.

Cons: It is pretty warm but there is a fan upstairs and a air con unit in the bottom

Worth stay at as host was just perfect. Check weather prior to booking.

Pros: Location was great. As they say 2 minutes from the beach. Lots of little shops around in the immediate vicinity. It has a lift to the floor which was great to bring the bags up and down. We used the stairs all other times. That was definitely a luxury. Host was perfect meeting us there on arrival and going through things and providing directions.

Cons: I wasn’t expecting such heat so Airconditioning would have been better than fans but we made do.

Cons: It was noisy from early morning because the renovation of a hotel across the street starts 6.30 a.m.

Cons: Was very hot in Nice and was impossible to open windows because of unbelievable noises outside
