Pros: Location & ease of access Plenty of room for one & kitchen good.

Cons: Difficult to step in bath for older people Need more towels for extended days

Great location in Nice

Pros: Small apartment in the middle of Nice by the Promenade des Anglais perfect for 2 persons. A bit worn out but very clean. Very comfortable bed. We did not use the kitchen but I would say it is perfect for easy cooking. Bathroom ok. Fantastic location close to the city centre and beach with nice restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Sarah, the landlord, was super nice and helpful. We will definitely book it again.

Pros: Owners could not have been more helpful the entire stay! Apartment was absolutely beautiful and in such a good location, quiet but lively at night, and only a short walk to the main old town!

Sarah was very attentive, told us everything about the area, was always in touch if necessary. We felt very comfortable.

Pros: The apartments had everything we need, great location, shops, tram stop, attractions all within walking distance 👍

Pros: The area was the best for my trip, near the beach and all transport links. The choice of restaurants and walking distance to old town was more than convenient :-). This apartment suits to small family or 2-4 friends holiday trip. Small but cosy. Lovely view from the little balcony. Free WIFI and use of aircon was well appreciated. Everything was very clean and practical. A sun umbrella, a folding chair and beach mats were handy. The host Sara was the sweetest helpful lady. Thank you so much! I recommend a restaurant right next to the apartment block La Table de Nathalie, also an italian Chez Max round the corner and a very short walk away is excellent indian restaurant Noori's. This apartment ticked all the boxes, I wish I can stay again when back to Nice.

Pros: Apartment is few metres away from the beach and restaurants, the bath tub was perfect for me.. Place is as big enough and had all the necessities I need during my stay.

Pros: Квартира в очень хорошем месте. До моря 1 минута , до всех ресторанов и главных улиц тоже 1 минута. Окна выходят во дворик, поэтому было очень тихо, можно выспаться. Но море с. Балкона видно что тоже очень порадовало. Все что нужно в квартире было. И фен тоже . Очень дружелюбная хозяйка квартиры. Будем всегда рады вернуться в эту же квартиру
