Amazing!
Pros: The apartment is in a very good location, near the old town, the center, the train station Nice Ville 15min, road. The beach is right next to it, a few minutes and you are already on the beach. The apartment has everything you need, it is clean, the apartment is very beautiful. The apartment representative was very nice to communicate. Amazing!

Pros: Location is amazing, we had a very comfortable stay. We really appreciated the kitchen facilities and plenty of coffee capsules provided. Accomodation was very clean and communication for the key pick up worked easily. I would very much recommend to anyone looking to visit Nice.
Cons: One minor thing is one of the larger windows doesnt have a blind/curtain so it can get bright in the room in the morning, but other then that, a wonderful appartment.

Excellent stay, great host would recommend this property to anyone.
Pros: Our stay was really good, the location couldn’t have been any better, the apartment had everything you could possibly need, it was well decorated and modern and everything was clean.
Cons: We had a problem on the first night but the host responded quickly and resolved the problem for us which was great.

Pros: The picture of this lovely, newly renovated apartment are very accurate. There is an elevator in the building which was nice so we didn’t have to carry our bags up the stairs. The location is excellent. It is near to the beach, restaurants, shops and the beautiful old town. There are car and bike rentals just few steps away. The host was really nice and welcoming. Me, my husband and our teenage daughter stay there for a week and would definitely stay there again someday ☺️
Cons: Nothing - we absolutely loved it

Perfect location, cozy apartment, wonderful host
Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying in this beautiful apartment in Nice. The location couldn't be better — just steps from the sea and right next to the iconic avenue lined with luxury boutiques next to the main road of Promenad. Whether you're up for a beach day or a bit of shopping, everything is within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy and well-equipped with every comfort you could possibly need. From a fully stocked kitchen to a super comfortable bed and stylish decor, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and clearly cared for with love.

Pros: Расположение великолепное. Пять минут до моря, 5 минут до исторического центра - площадь Массены. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Очень продуманная планировка для семейного отдыха. Хозяин был постоянно на связи, никаких нареканий. Рекомендуем!

여기보다 더 좋은 위치는 아마 없습니다
Pros: 위치가 최고였습니다. 바다까지 5분내에 갈 수 있으며 파라솔, 의자까지 모두 준비되어있어 편안하게 즐길수있습니다. 최고수준의 빵집, 식당들이 바로 옆에 있고 마트와 약국도 모두 걸어서 5분 거리 내에 있습니다. 하지만 그들 사이에 위치하고 있지 않기때문에 숙소에서는 창문을 열어도 아무 소음도 들리지 않습니다. 바로 뒷건물이 경찰서이며 4성급 호텔에 둘러쌓여있고 마세나 광장까지 걸어가는길은 명품가게들로 이어져있으므로 치안에도 아무 문제될것이 없습니다. 시설과 준비된 물품들도 모두 호스트가 신경 많이 써서 준비한 느낌이 듭니다. 모자란것이 있다면 5분거리 내에 있는 호스트가 눈 깜짝할 사이에 가져다줍니다. 취사가 가능한 4성급 호텔 복층룸을 가성비 있게 누릴 수 있는 기회라고 생각하며 니스에 있는 동안 너무 편안하게 지냈습니다.
Cons: 전기 시스템에 약간 문제가 있었지만 곧 해결될 것 같습니다.

Exceptional! A perfect trip, with a perfect apartment
Pros: The apartment was in a perfect location! Not far from the beach, lots of restaurants, shops and great coffee shop nearby. Also not too far to drive to Monaco or the other way and go to Cannes. There is also a car park 2 minute walk away that you are able to book for the duration of your stay with 24/7 access and multiple entries/re entries. The apartment had all amenities needed and more! The host was amazing, our flight was delayed and he still made sure there was no issues with check in time. He was available in case we needed anything. I would 100% recommend and would definitely return to Gaya Apartments when we come back to the South of France. Thank you for a great stay!

Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment im Herzen von Nizza. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Nur wenige Schritte von der Altstadt, dem Meer und vielen tollen Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht — von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis zur bequemen Bettwäsche. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die ruhige Atmosphäre trotz der zentralen Lage und den sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, der uns viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben hat. Check-in und Kommunikation verliefen reibungslos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!
