Amazing,

Pros: Had a fantastic stay the location was ideal,for getting about and the sea view was so lovely to sea every morning,would definitely recommend,amazing

Cons: The steps were ok just hard getting cases up but was only on arrival and leaving,couldn’t fault anything else

Everything you need to live here.

Pros: This is a lovely little apartment right at the start of a street full of restaurants. It was quiet inside with the doors shut. I was met at the door to let me in. My plane was delayed, but this wasn’t a problem. Secure building. Clothes washing machine included. Good quality shower.

Loved this apartment for its character and location.

Pros: The location is amazing. It really is a stones throw from the beach. The balconies are great to people watch from during the evening. The host was great with communications throughout. The apartment has everything you need to cook in if you wanted to.

Cons: There were a few stairs to get up to the property but it was just ok for us. It might not be ok for an older person.

Pros: Vieta buvo superinė, už ką pakeltas balas. Viskas buvo po ranka, netoli info centras, jūra, senamiestis.

Cons: Namuose buvo tarakonų ir buvo labai nesmagu miegoti juos pamačius :( kimšosi stipriai dušas, svetainės baldas jau pabuvęs, miegoti buvo ne taip patogu, taip pat trūko virtuvinio rankšluoščio, su kuriuo šluostyti indus.

Pros: Velmi pekne a ciste ubytovanie v centre Nice, vyborne vybavenie kuchyne. Velmi spolahlivy prenajimatel pan Riccardo, ktory promptne odpovedal na akekolvek otazky. Boli sme velmi spokojni a radi sa sem urcite vratime.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Pros: Toller Aufenthalt in sehr gut ausgestattetem Appartement mit Top-Standort. Trotz Lage zur belebten Straßeseite, war es angenehm und ruhig. Unkomplizierte An-und Abreise.

Cons: Ein unangenehmer Geruch (eventl. auch Rauch) jeweils beim Betreten der Wohnung. Nach Fensteröffnung und Lüftung war dann wieder alles ok.
