Great location, some minor improvements could make a big difference.

Pros: Location, beds, pillows, kitchen, shower, balcony, safety.

Cons: As we were staying almost two weeks, it would have been really helpful to have a few more bowls and mugs. There were only three of each for three people. Additionally, the supplies were really limited. Household items like laundry liquid, washing up liquid, soap etc. and basic kitchen supplies like oil, salt, pepper, tea, sugar are really difficult to buy in small quantities and then a lot of things have to get thrown out which is such waste on multiple levels. The dining table and chairs are extremely unstable and uncomfortable. There is not enough seating for 3-4 people in the living room. For the price paid, these really should be upgraded.

Nice clean flat near the old harbour with balcony and elevator.

Pros: The flat is situated near the old harbour with lots of restaurants and shops. It is only 15 minutes walk away from Promenade des Anglais and 3-5 minutes walk from the tram stop directly from Nice airport. The flat was really clean and nice with all necessary items for a nice holydays. Huge TV-set with lots of streaming services. The balcony is big and has nice furniture and is situated towards the courtyard which makes it quiet. The flat is at second floor and is suitable for more or less disabled persons as there is an elevator.

Cons: Some days prior to our arrival we received several mails with request to pay the deposit (800 Euro!) on an on-line service which demanded copy of passport, name, address and social security number together with our credit card details. This is against all to us known warnings for avoiding internet fraud - so we did not pay but answered that we would pay upon arrival. This caused that there was no one to meet us at the flat when we arrived and no one answered the phone as this was during the long midday break. We therefore walked to the turist office to get some help and they could contact the company to let us pass by and pay the deposit and get the keys. A little extra walk of about 3-4 Km.

Lækker, ren og stor lejlighed med god plads til 4 personer. God beliggenhed og med stor altan.

Pros: Lejligheden ligger tæt ved havnen med mange restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. Sporvognen kører direkte fra lufthavnen til havnen på 30 minutter og derfra er der 200 m til lejligheden. Perfekt for dem, der ikke ønsker en bil til ferien. Vi har nu boet to gange i denne lejlighed og vender gerne tilbage.

Cons: Spisebordet i stuen er i en elendig forfatning nu på andet år. Det trænger virkeligt til en udskiftning! Kontoret for afhentning af nøgler ligger 15 min gang fra lejligheden. En nøgleboks ved lejligheden kan anbefales, at udlejer opsætter.

Vi trivdes men möttes av en viss oförståelse från Grooms vad gällde våra svårigheter med hissen

Pros: En harmonisk och lugn inredning. Bra dubbelsäng. Välutrustat med vitvaror. Perfekt läge för oss. Liv och rörelse och nära till allt.

Cons: Hissen fungerade inte under två veckor drygt. Mycket olyckligt för oss. En enkelsäng gick sönder första natten, underredet brast. Lite klent med glas och grytor men vi kunde komplettera. Inte bra att ingen möter upp vid ankomsten. Lite bökigt med nycklar mm. Ingen sol på terrassen i november och december. Vätter åt gården och ligger på andra våningen som skyms av femvåningshus
