Superbe Appartement terrasse 2P à 5 min à pied du vieux Nice

The flat is very good situated, is large and nice. We can only recommend !

Pros: We asked the flat to be ready earlier than at 16 o´clock and the owner did his best to clean it earlier. Very good communication. The flat is in a center, very close to the Port and English promenade. Also 3 minutes from the train and bus station. Many restaurants are around the flat, bakery, shops. We can only recommend !

Pros: Really nice and modern apartment in a perfect location. Comfortable beds and a big balcony. Well-equipped kitchen

Cons: Wifi password wasn't working and I didn't get any response when I reported it. The hairdryer also wasn't working. It would be nice if there were hooks for towels in the bathroom and at least one garbage bag in a kitchen ;) besides that everything was nice :)

Pros: Nice apartment in a renovated building, within walking distance of the beach and the center.

Great location, clean and nice terrace.

Pros: This place is perfect for friends or a couple that want to be close to the main attractions in Nice, including the Old Town, beach, harbour and very nice restaurants. It was easy to find and we felt very safe.

Cons: Not a deal breaker but the street is a bit noisy in the early morning hours over a weekend when people come back from clubs/restaurants. We maybe could have gotten extra toilet paper and the shower head you have to hold with your hand. You also have to bring your own bags for the bin, but other than this, we had a great stay.

Amazing apartment with a great balcony!

Pros: Amazing and comfortable apartment. It was spacious and with everything you need. The location is very good. The comunication with the host was easy. I loved the balcony! The bed and the sofa bed was comfortable. I would reccomend this place for sure!

Cons: It could a little bit more clean but overall was okay

Strategic location near to everything. Quite and cozy.

Pros: Great location in a quite street just around the corner from Place Graibaldi. Yu can reach the vibrant rue Bonaparte full or restaurants and bars in less then a minute. The rooms are very large an the kitchen is modern and functional. The balcony is confortable for 4 people having dinner. I hope to return there.

Cons: It was not clear and easy how to dispose of the garbage. You have to collect the keys at one block from the house, not far at all, still not in the buolding.

Pros: I liked the location and the apartament that i booked beside some things.

Cons: Check in was very late, at 16:00, if i checked right before i booked i wouldn't took this apartament. I tried to check in at 15:55 and the guy that did the cleaning was very mad at us (he cleaned the apartament in like 5 10 minutes so you can guess how clean it was). Beside that, everything was great. Wouldn't book here again tho.

Trés satisfait

Pros: Appartement dans un immeuble trés bien entretenu. Proche des commodités (Tram, parking, boulangeries, epiceries) . Colline du chateau et promenade des anglais accessibles à pied en 10minutes. Convertible trés commode (le lit reste fait ). WiFi efficace. TV free ok.

Cons: Manque un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner
