Comfortable and perfect for what we needed

Pros: The location was so perfectly close to everything with a bonus of a boulangerie just on the corner of the street. We loved having the balcony as a bit of outdoor space during the evenings as well to relax.

Cons: During the night it could be a little noisy with what sounded like bin men and street cleaners. Which in a way is a positive as it means the streets constantly feel clean!

A perfect stay in a fantastic location with a warm and welcoming host

Pros: The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring the city. My family and I really loved it. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was lovely to meet Patricia, she made us feel very welcome. Everything was great, would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Very spacious, clean and Patricia the landlady was very lovely to deal with. It was a great base for our 4 day break.

Cons: City noise but that was expected when staying central.

Amazing

Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This apartment is in prime areas for getting around. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. It had all the utensils you could need for your stay. The 2 balconies are an extra bonus. The bakery underneath was amazing went there every morning. The train takes you from the airport almost straight to the door. The host was super responsive and couldn’t be more helpful. Could not recommend this place enough.

Perfect!

Pros: The property and clean, tidy & comfortable! Host very helpful and friendly! We travelled for our friends wedding on castle hill and the location of the property was only around a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach fronts of nice and also the old town! Everything was perfect! We would 100% stay again. 😊

Pros: Stunning accommodation! Beautiful apartment in a great area, close to some good restaurants, winebars and a lovely bakery right underneath. A Monoprix close by as well as a few bus stops in walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Patricia was very helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy in the street at night if that is something that bothers you but we found it charming and enjoyed the atmosphere and sitting on the balcony at night.

A great find in a lovely city

Pros: Perfect location, the bakery below is well worth sinning for and easy access to the best of Nice. Well met by our host and everything explained in great detail - and everything works. Super place.

Cons: It will sleep 6 - but you’ll need to know each other quite well!!

Pros: Very modern apartment with great equipment. Good location with many nice bakeries, easy to walk to beach and Old Town.

Pros: For us, the location was everything. This apartment has the best price quality available in Nice. The Tram ends at the harbor, which is more or less directly at the apartment. There are always enough rent a bikes there to get anywhere, especially to the beach. Right around the corner are many restaurants.
