A quiet, cosy studio in a great location near the Ave Jean Médecin.
Pros: I really liked this little apartment. It is far nicer than the images portray! It is in a great location; close to Ave Jean Médecin and all the conveniences. The studio I stayed in was situated at the rear of the property, so it was very quiet. I changed the orientation of the little dining table so I could enjoy the view from the window and the lovely honeycomb colours that radiated from the surrounding buildings even on overcast days. The owner responded to messages quickly, and the housekeeping staff I encountered onsite were very courteous. The cleanliness was immaculate and I loved the bathroom! The kitchen was functional but could really do with some sharp kitchen knives. I found the neighbourhood safe to walk around at any hour of the day or night, and would happily stay at this property again.
Cons: The smell of cigarette smoke from another apartment sometimes came through the ceiling vent in the bathroom. It was a bit unpleasant (I am a non-smoker), but I'm not too sure what can be done about it if it is a communal ventilation system. I just stuck a piece of paper over the vent to minimise the smell during my stay, and it certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of my stay.

It was great Comfortable
Pros: İ like everyting good location, room is clean perfect Very comfortable Espessialy kitchen Very easy check in Even we check in earlier without any problem. Highly recommended. Important is location is close to tram station Just walking some minutes I shall come back again♥️
Cons: I like everything There is no elevator by the way Who has luggage But it is not problem Just 2 floors

A great apartment in a great location, for a great price!
Pros: This is a very nice apartment in a very central area of Nice - for a great price! The apartment is equipped with everything you can want - it even has a washing machine. Even though it's located in a central area, it was calm and quiet. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Nice! Also, the host was very nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

Pros: Lovely apartment, everything you need is there. Great communication with owner, quick responses, very helpful. Location is brilliant,near tram and also near Nice Ville Station. 10 minutes walk to old town. Shop next door. .Apartment is very comfortable, as mentioned before the stairs may be an issue if you have large suitcases. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location
Pros: Very convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Walking distance to the old town. The apartment is modern, clean, and has all the necessary amenities.
Cons: The only thing to note is the lack of an elevator, so be prepared to climb some stairs.

Pros: Nice modern, well equipped apartment. Very well located for exploring Nice and for public transport to explore the region.
Cons: Spooky staircase up to the Apartment - this actually gives it character so it’s not a real negative !

Very convenient location walkable from the railway station and the beach & the old town.
Pros: Clean & quiet. About 10 minutes easy walk from the railway station & the same to the beach. We knew beforehand that the room was on the 2nd floor so we had no issues climbing the wide stairs to the correct floor. The is no lift. Good clear instructions how to get through the front door & how to get the keys to the apartment. The photos were helpful. We had everything we needed such as towels & hand wash etc. We would definitely consider staying again if we visit Nice again in the future.
Cons: Nothing of any significance. Though there were 2 kitchen knives both were rather blunt so even cutting bread was a bit of a challenge, but I’m being very picky. In no way did it spoil our experience.

Great stay, would highly recommend!
Pros: Good location and great host. Check-in process was very simple and he even let us check out late for no charge. The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed for a short stay. Thanks for having us!
Cons: The pillows were quite uncomfortable, more like decorative pillows than actual sleeping pillows. I ended up with a sore neck :(

Pros: The room was clean, and the location is very good, fairly close the the beach and the main street is 3 minutes away. The room is great to return for a rest and sleep after a long walk trip in the town. You can even make food for yourself if you want. You can ask anything from Mark, he is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: One of our neighbors was a bit loud on one night, the walls are thin a little bit.
