Magnifique appartement 2 pièces - Port de Nice

Amazing holiday

Pros: The apartment looks great, equipped with everything you need. It is very well located, with easy access to public transportation and all areas of interest in Nice. Also, there are several restaurant nearby, supermarket.

Cons: A damp smell in the living area.

Great location in Nice

Pros: The apartment is really nice. It is truly close to anything you need: center-ptomenade des anglais at a 15 min walk, a lot of restaurants and shops literally near you, the Nice Riquier train station and near Port Lympia (2-3 mins walk) which is well connected to the city and the airport by tramway. Additionally, the guest put a lot of attention to details in the appartement: we had a lot of facilities, even beach equipement and water and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge, waiting. Also, it was spatious.

Cons: Nothing to mention. Maybe upstairs, in the sleeping area the height of the ceiling is a bit low (around 1.9m) but it wasn't an incovenience for us.

Pros: Удобное месторасположение, в 7 минутах ходьбы - трамвай до аэропорта, или с другой стороны - автобус до Монако. Рядом несколько супермаркетов, бары. Пешком до старого города, набережной, холма. В квартире тихо. Посуда, приборы - на 2 чел идеально , фен, утюг есть.

Cons: Не хватает только посудомойки, в остальном квартира отличная.

Krásný pobyt blízko přístavu

Pros: Líbilo se nám všechno, poloha blízko Park Lympia, zařízení ubytování, kde jste našli vše co potřebujete, pohodlné postýlky, klidná čtvrť, v pěší dostupnosti všech možných památek, pláže, starého města, hostitelka Monique nás překvapila přichystanými koláčky Bugnes, které jsou typické pro karneval, proste všechno bylo moc milé a byli jsme moc spokojeni! DOPORUČUJU! :) jo a hned blízko ubytování je i tramvaj přímo na letiště

Petit bijou au port de Nice

Pros: La disponibilité et la réactivité de Monique pour répondre à mes questions avant mon arrivée. Emplacement fabuleux tout proche du tram à Port Lympia qui relie l'aéroport en 25 minutes ! Un vrai cocon dans une petite cour à l'italienne au calme malgré la proximité de la Vieille ville très animée Entièrement rénové, cet appartement en duplex est très confortable notamment la literie et tous les petits détails qui font qu'on se sent vraiment bien ! Un grand merci à Monique pour m'avoir permis de passer un très bon séjour à Nice ! Je reviendrai !! 👌

Pros: Très propre et bien équipé. Emplacement calme et proche de la place garibaldi et du vieux Nice sans en avoir les inconvénients

Pros: Très joli appartement , arrangé avec goùt, très bien équipé, très propre dans un endroit calme ; literie très confortable et propre ; appartement bien placé à proximité commerces , vieille ville , port et promenade des Anglais ; j y retournerai .

Pros: Ottima posizione, Monique e suo compagno sono gentilissimi, attenti ai dettagli e disponibilissimi, l'appartamento è stato rinnovato è un gioiello. Consigliatissimo!
