Very nice and spacious, we’ re definetly coming back!

Pros: Everything was clean, fresh looking and comfortable!

Pros: The apartment was clean and very beautiful. Perfect position to see Nice by foot.

Cons: No curtains in the kitchen, everyone can see inside.

Pros: Great location, very pleasant living space and kitchen. Generally very comfortable. Except for the shower being frustrating, the rest was really great.

Cons: The overhead shower was disconnected by the owners, so there was only a small handheld hose in the shower. This was not clear when we booked and it was very frustrating to use. It didn't work well and impossible to wash hair properly.

Attractive comfortable flat but no balcony.

Pros: Loved the position. Near the port with nice restaurants. Really nicely decorated.

Cons: The balcony on description was not usable. Was dirty from some DIY work. Expensive for what you get.

Pros: Excellent apartment. Well kept, spacious and fantastic location.

Pros: Superb location - immediately beside the bohemian port district on the upper fringes of old town, and comfortable walk to main old town restaurants bars, shops. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped. Modern furnishings, modern kitchen and two comfortable double beds. Bathroom also modern - walk-in shower with powerful water supply and copious hot water. AC fully functioning - was always a pleasure returning to a cool flat. Would gladly stay here again when returning to Nice.

Pros: Great location. Just around the corner from the world rebound JAN restaurant and vibrant port. Close to public transport and the beautiful Old town district. Clean and modern with all the amenities you need. comfortable beds and modern finishes. Great value for money and we will definitely stay there next time we visit Nice.

O vacanta foarte frumoasa

Pros: Locatia este foarte buna, langa Port Lympia la 2 minute. De aici gasesti autobuze pentru toate directiile. In zona sunt multe restaurante, baruri, brutarii/patiserii. Este o zona foarte favorabila. Apartamentul este foarte spatios, modern renovat si dotat cu absolut tot ce este necesar. Baia de asemenea este foarte frumoasa, curata si dotata cu tot ce este necesar. Gazda/agentia care inchiriaza apartamentul a fost foarte prietenoasa oferind toate detaliile necesare in timp util. Este foarte important de stiut ca la momentul incasarii platii se retine si o garantie de 300 euro pentru respectarea unor reful: plecat la timp, dus gunoiul la plecare, spalat vesela si mai ales interfictia de a fuma in apartament (absolut de acord). Recomandam cu caldura acest apartament.

Geräumiges und schönes Apartment!

Pros: Die Lage nahe am Hafen ist großartig, das Apartment hat alles, was man benötigt und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Ich komme gegne wieder. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft.
