Pros: Уютная, чистая и тихая квартира. Посуды много, чистая и хорошего качества. На кухне все работало. Кровать и диван с очень удобными матрацами- замечательно высыпались с сонной мелодией. Все соответствует описанию и картинкам. И дом тихий и чистый. Нам очень понравилось. К Английской набережной действительно 3 минуты пешком. Рядом трамвайная остановка, что удобно добираться в аэропорт. Отдых впечатлил.

Cons: Не сразу удалось при саморегистрации извлечь ключ из ящика. Нам помог парень, проживающий в этом доме. Но была подробная инструкция от хозяина , возможно мы что-то не так поняли, так как были уставшие с дальней дороги. Не вижу в этом проблемы.

Pros: Sehr gepflegtes sauberes leises Apartment, liegt paar Minuten vom Zentrum aber es lohnt sich , zum Strand ,Supermarkt , Apotheke alles in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Balkon ist auch dabei . Unkomplizierter Check in. Einfach super
