Lovely stay with two small kids. Sofa is comfortable for sleeping and size of the apartment is also a big plus..

Pros: Well equipped kitchen. All accessories needed for cooking, TV, AC, dishwasher all well and nicely places in the property. Great view and silent location close to public transport and the sea as well as stores within 5mins walking distance.

Cons: Some dust under the bed and the room is better to be frequently ventilated..

Pros: Location was perfect! The apartment is very nice and spacious! It has everything you need to enjoy Nice! The staff is lovely as well!

Con ganas de volver

Pros: Nos gustó su ubicación, la comodidad, la tranquilidad, los complementos que los propietarios nos dejaron en el apartamento, sombrilla, sombreros esterillas…nos gustó todo, la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió a nuestra llegada y la comunicación tan buena que tuvimos con él y con la propiedad. El entorno estaba perfecto para estar con la familia, pudimos aparcar enfrente del apartamento varias veces (hay que ir cambiando el ticket de estacionamiento cada dos horas, hasta las siete de la tarde, es como la zona azul de España, aunque hay varios parkings para aparcar enfrente un radio de 500 metros, las tarifas varían entre 28 y 32 € día). Hay una panadería cafetería justo al lado, supermercado, pizzerías, etcétera. Para nosotros han sido tres días muy especiales, ojalá podamos volver algún día a Niza y alojarnos de nuevo aquí. Por cierto, Niza es preciosa y está a un salto de Mónaco, Cannes, etcétera. Gracias por todo 🩷

Paradise in Nice, indeed!

Pros: The sea-view location was fabulous due to proximity to the sea and quietness. We didn't think those two things could go together, but the windows really cut out any noise that might come from the street or the promenade. We had everything we needed for self-catering. There was even beach lounging stuff to use. Lots of channels on the TV was also nice for evenings in. Shutters on the windows, roomy bathroom, well equipped kitchen.

Cons: The only thing missing was a boil kettle. Also, we didn't have access to the gate leading from the property directly to the beach, but at least that meant we got more walking in. Finally, some kind of barrier needs to be put around the exterior of the a/c units to keep the pigeons away. Feathers and poo built up on the balcony outside the bedroom due to this. Maybe some chicken wire or something....

Pros: Très spacieux,moderne et propre très bien desservi

Cons: Pas d’épingle. À linge ce qui est dommage car lorsqu’il y a du vent, notre linge s’envole.
