A nice, large and conveniently located apartment

Pros: This is a large apartment, located centrally, near shops and restaurants, having easy access to local transport. It is well equipped, and it has two terraces, where one can eat, drink and relax.

Cons: The managing company uses artificial intelligence to communicate with the hosts. It is virtually impossible to ask them anything; one gets only standard automatic messages.

An AI managed apartment

Pros: This apartment is centrally located, not far from the beach, close to shops and restaurants, within walking distance from main public transport lines. It is very well equipped and has a new and comfortable mattress. It is in the end good value for money.

Cons: I only talked to AI regarding check-in, and I had to fill some google doc with detailed check-in information, anything I mentioned via booking.com was simply useless, nobody read it or at least nobody ever answered. Until the very last moment I wondered if someone indeed looked at the info provided and will thus come to meet us. Someone came, but the stress already ruined the days before the arrival.

Отличное место для отдыха

Pros: Просторная и удобная квартира. Близко к морю, центру и старому городу, но на тихой улице. Радом со входом в дом, кафе-пекарня со свежими круассанами и багетами. Рядом много ресторанов. В квартире два балкона (хорошо бы их получше почистить). Точно во время, на которое договаривались нас встретила представитель компании, сдававшей квартиру, отдала ключи, все показала и рассказала.

Cons: В кухне масса ненужных вещей, которые хорошо бы поменять на новую сковородку для жарки яиц. В квартире немало вещей хозяина и есть чувство, что без спроса пришел в гости.
