I relaxed, ate, drank and was very happy!

Pros: The location was superb - so close the the ocean, the tram, the restaurants that getting around was easy and stress free!

Cons: I found getting into the unit a little adventure but it all became part of the experience. I loved this little unit.

Dans l'ensemble, le séjour dans cet appartement était agréable

Pros: J'ai beaucoup apprécié la proximité des commerces et de la plage. L'appartement convient très bien pour une personne seule ou un couple. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire. La vue sur la plage est sympa.

Cons: Un bémol, il faudrait refaire les joints de la douche qui ont très mal vieilli.

Pros: Подробная инструкция по заседанию , легко найти жилье. Рядом есть трамвайная и автобусная остановка., удобно дальше передвигаться по городу. Квартира была чистой , есть все необходимое.

Pros: Excelente Localização. Tudo está muito perto , Restaurantes, Aeroporto, Supermercado, a Praia está a 100 metros do apartamento O trem para o Aeroporto na rua na rua de trás , e te leva para os lugares muito rápido , . No próximo ano com certeza eu e minha família voltaremos

Pros: J'ai aimé la vue et le confort. L'endroit est facile d'accès. Literie confortable.

Cons: L'appartement et les équipements pourraient être plus propres.

Pros: Ottima posizione vicino al mare. Cucina fornita di tutto, pentole padelle, piatti e altro. Il bagno era pulito e l'acqua calda durava abbastanza.

Cons: Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato parcheggio vicino, ma ci si può fermare davanti l'ingresso per scaricare i bagagli. Consiglio di usare il parcheggio a pagamento lenval che costa un po' meno ed è lo stesso vicino. Il letto era un po' piccolo, anche se abbastanza comodo. Appena entrati c'era uno strano odore, ma la casa è piena di profumi da spruzzare.

Pros: Соотношение цена - качество 🫶🏻, неплохое расположение, рядом море и центр относительно не далеко, близко аэропорт при желании можно пешком прямо из аэропорта прогуляться до этой квартиры, если вы без багажа. Также при заселении дают понятные инструкции с видео, как найти ключи, и пройти к квартире 👍🏻

Cons: В целом все было хорошо. В туалете только не было ершика для унитаза 🙊

Pros: Appartement conforme à la description. Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique car pieds dans l'eau, sur la Croisette, très agréable pour les balades de jour comme de nuit. Appartement confortable, bien équipé et tout à fait lumineux. Hôte très attentif aux bien être de ses clients. Je recommande cet appartement pour passer un agréable séjour à Nice. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
