I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Pros: The accommodation was great. Our host Hugo provided us with all the necessary information in advance, and we were even able to check in a few hours early. The apartment was small, but exceptionally well equipped (it even had a washing machine and iron). We also appreciated the balcony, which was perfect for sitting and relaxing with a cup of coffee :)

Cons: My only complaint is the noise from the street at night. Even with the windows closed, I could still hear cars passing by.

I recommend the place wholeheartedly! It is the best equipped apartment I have ever seen.

Pros: The apartment was great. There is everything you could possibly need and more - there were such things as an iron or a whisk in the kitchen, which are not usually to be found in vacation apartments. Also, there was a washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine (with a couple of capsels to be used for free) and much more. Location is also fantastic.

Cons: Everything was fine.

We will definitely return.

Pros: The property is conveniently located and easily accessible, with a nearby paid parking lot that's very convenient, making it an ideal choice for a vacation. We traveled with a dog, which was warmly welcomed, and our overall experience was excellent.

Perfect!

Pros: Perfect apartment for a couple with lots of facilities like washing machine, dishwasher etc. Lots of lovely bakers with fresh food a minute or two walk from the apartment and a few small supermarkets to use close by. Tram line literally right outside so perfect for travelling about and the beach was only one street over. The host was so helpful and couldn't have done more for us. Honestly couldn't fault it we had a great time.

Pros: The location was great. The apartment was so comfortable and cool. I would stay here, if i would go to Nice again.

Great 1 week

Pros: Well equipped apartment with all basic facilities. Air conditioner was a life saver. Nearest beach is just 5 minutes walking distance and you can get easily to the old town by tram nr 2 anytime. Owner has answered us very quickly to our questions from day one till the end. We have wished for more supplies during our stay and we got them on same day. Self check-in and check-out is well organised. So nothing to complain about.

Cons: Tiny little elevator - since we had a pushchair with us we didn't fit to the elevator simetimes. Air conditioner was very noisy outside and it was way too hot to spend longer time on the balcony.

Very practical to visit the city and very close to the sea.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist in einer sehr gute Lage gelegen, 4 min zur Fuß zum Meer. Die Küche und die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet. Der Mieter war sehr sehr nett, da wir einen späteren Bus hatten, dürften wir viel länger als der Check-out Uhrzeit in der Unterkunft bleiben. Sowas findet man selten. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft bezaubernd und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
